Well the detents in the Rap4 mags are smaller because they put 5 of them in as opposed to 3 larger milsig mags. You don't want to be releasing them before they're in the marker anyway. That will put added pressure on the balls and cause them to dimple, at best. Unfortunately, I don't have much experience with Rap4 mags. You could ask TheAlabasterSlim or go to Ripple Industries and the guy there has a wealth of knowledge and will be able to help you out for sure.

I believe this was his second time out. I bet he'll be coming more frequently :D

I run 4-5 mags at CQB. I only have a total of six so that's what I run at big games + tubes. If I feel I'll need more at CQB I just add tubes to keep my rig lighter. As for your breakage issue, I'm not too sure but it seems BootyWarriah has you covered. Give his suggestion a try and see if there's a difference.

It's not the paint. Graffiti is the way to go. It's breaking at the collar, correct? The reason you get a break there is because the mag is only feeding it half way in to the chamber. Next time you're at CQB ask to borrow a milsig mag from someone, I'm sure someone would be willing, so that you can test it out. I use Milsig mags in my Rap4 and a few of my buddies use Milsig mags in their MKP kits. Conversely, a few others use Rap4 mags in their Milsigs. It's peculiar.

Sounds like you're getting half feeds. Try out a milsig mag. The spring in the 20 round rap4 magazines is weaker to allow for the full 20 rounds without putting too much pressure on the balls.

Dude I'm 12 and I rushed 5 guys and got shot on the back of the head like 7 times with no armour on the back of my head and I got shot at least 5 times on the leg and arms and I never complained but yes it was painful
