Your pronunciation of Quilchena is the same as people from Merritt, when they talk about Quilchena ranch. So nice to hear it pronounced properly! :)

You are mistaken sir, Not Quilchena BC. Quilchena Vancouver, 10 minutes from downtown & much more expensive than North Vancouver!

Don't people run yet from Vsncouver? If there is 3rd WW Putin will be targeting the main cities of the NATO countries. Vancouver, Victoria , Toronto. It means that safer to live remotely from Vancouver in the case of the 3rd World Apocalyptic bombing. I pick the remote cities like Chilliwack, or Hope.

I can honestly say not a single buyer or seller I have worked with has made a buying/selling decision based on Putins strategic military plans… However I am confident that Vancouver is probably pretty low on his hit list… And targeting Victoria… 😂 I completely disagree there. BUT who knows, maybe I’m wrong and this should be a focus.. You could be onto something. But I’m pretty sure he knows Canada poses zero international threat of force, so hopefully we have nothing to worry about!

One of the most expensive areas to live, in the most expensive province in the entire country. Only a fool would buy property in that area with the current interest rates and encouraging people to make poor decisions that primarily benefit you is quite literally your job. I bet those commissions have been real juicy for the last five years or so, haven't they Jay? What is it like to get rich off of the ignorance of others during an economic downturn? Frankly, you should be ashamed of yourself.

😂 yes it’s expensive because the market can justify the value. I wouldn’t personally call multi-millionaire real estate investors “fools”, but if you sir are in a position to do so, then all the power to you. Opportunities are found in the “downturns” my friend. People either believe in real estate as an investment vehicle or not, if you do not I wish you luck in what ever you do find value in. And yes, I have happily put food on the table for the kids for the past five years, no shame here!✊🏻
