what jobs and other things close around Worthington ?

@@toshacobb4476 Lots of opportunities around Worthington. The other great thing about the area is its so easy to access both freeways. What Jobs types are you looking for?

There are no more low 100k homes anymore in the Columbus suburbs.

There are still some homes under 100K but they are mostly homes that need a lot of wok. Affordability is becoming difficult in Columbus and all of Central Ohio

Yes there are lots of opportunities for rentals all over the city. I have some myself. There is a large rental market here

What about Worthington, Bexley, Grandview, and Pickerington?

All nice communities as well I cover some of those areas in other videos. I actually grew up in Worthington, nice neighborhoods with older homes. Grandview has some of the most expensive real estate in Columbus with a limited amount of inventory. Bexley has fantastic homes but is pretty small maybe 2 Square miles. Pickerington is a little further out but is growing in popularity.

You only named northern suburbs. What about Hilliard, CanalWinchester, Reynoldsburg, Grove City? All of which have more affordable homes than the ones you mentioned.

The four Suburbs are the most requested by our clients relocating to Columbus.

I lived in Columbus for 25 years but now live in NM. Hilliard (textbook sprawl but worse, boring) Canal ,middle of nowhere. Reynoldsburg, getting rundown. Grove-Tucky, see Canal but worse. The drive in gets old fast. Clintonville, hip but be ready to spend a fortune on a remodel, he's right, the houses don't have what people expect now. New Albany, nice (a bit too planned, hope you like white fences),the drive gets old fast too. Powell is your best bet.

Do not move to the suburbs. We can not infinitely add freeway capacity so more people can commute into the city.

Traffic is getting worse, with the city expecting a million more people in the next 20 years it could get ugly
