I got such a DOPAMINE RUSH from this vid

Why sacrifice a slot for rune scim instead of just keeping the flail as your main weapon? It's more accurate, has defensive bonuses and a huge prayer bonus, is as fast as the scim and has only 2 less attack strength, which probably won't change your max hit in any way. On top of that it can be used to autocast spells. Edit: ok turns out either the Fandom wiki is wrong or it lists the speed when using it as a magic weapon, when meleeing it's one tick slower than the scim. Still something worth considering.
