I remember Sugar explaining how difficult it was when she voiced the character during the episode where Chibiusa switches ages with Sailor Moon, and it was pretty impressive since (at least back then) her voice was naturally high and squeaky.

Sugar had the best voice for Rini by a country mile. It was just the perfect mix of cute and bratty.

I think Tracey Hoyt's Rini is a So Bad it's Good for me, because I can't stop laughing about most of her lines and the way she said them (Especially ones that are supposed to be serious).

Sugar Lyn Beard easily gave us the best Rini/Chibiusa voice. I don’t like how the Dic and Viz version are too bratty and too high pitched. That’s why I liked the CWI dub the most. I get it that Dic had the more iconic voices and Viz had the more faithful ones. But there is something charming about the CWI one.

Both of the Japanese voice actresses for chibiusa were really great for the original sailor moon series and for the crystal version. Tracey hoyt was just ok even though rini was just annoying at times in season two in the old 90's dub. Sugar lynn was really great as rini in season three. Sandy does a good job too as chibiusa in the viz dub. rini/chibiusa is still my favorite character of the 90's version of sailor moon.

She's a good actress, but just doesn't fit the character.

Kae and Misato were AMAZING. I'm from Latin America, so I'm not used to english dubs, but I have to say Sugar and Sandy voices sound so good! In fact, Sugar looks and sounds a lot like Cristina Hernández, the actress who voiced Chibi Usa here.

In my opinion: Misato Fukuken was the best JP voice. The best ENG voice is a tie between Sugar Lyn Beard and Sandy Fox.

Both the Japenese did great. Out of the English Dub Tracey - she sounded more preteenish than a child Stephanie- she was great, she played the child/chibi role perfectly. Almost as good as sub. Sandy - the greatest one of all, she did all her lines perfectly and it's the closet reslemance to the Sub, i don't know if this happpens to any of the other cast, but if it didn't, she must that good to make it into Crystal.

Sandy did a good job, but I actually would have liked if they brought in someone else to take over starting from Season 3. Sandy voiced her like a five-year old, but Chibiusa looks older when she returns and becomes Sailor Chibi Moon. It would have been great if her voice could have grown along with her age, which is why I would have loved if they brought back Stephanie Beard.

All I heard in Tracey Hoyt is the same tone. Yeah. (and the bgm doesn't help. It's a good arrangement but you got my point) Stephanie Beard is A FIND! Whoa it's been a while I haven't heard some kiddish voice like that. Sandy Fox is good at... well, being Chibiusa, close enough but Stephanie Beard sounds like how a child should be. In Japanese version, I can't imagine Kae Araki who voices Lilith from Darkstalkers too. Misato Fukuen... just can't catch up with it and ends up with minimal personality at all. Yeah I sound biased, but Crystal!Chibiusa sounds ... having no distinct personality aside a common kid.

I love them all! I can't understand why people would think some of the voices were awful..:( I can see it being a lil annoying but that's what makes her adorable and being a little kid too. it wouldn't matter if she's 900 she still has a mind set as a child because she hasn't quite grown yet🌸😌besides she gets older and mature just not in the series.

Misato Fukuen for my favourite JP actor for Chibiusa just because it's less annoying then Kae Araki's voice because of how ear grating it gets to me and considering that I hate Chibiusa in the 90's, it just makes it painful for me to deal with. Plus it makes the character more sympathetic and likeable like the Manga so it translates so well that makes me care a lot about Manga/Crystal Chibiusa more to me. Oh and yeah Sandy Fox is my favourite ENG actor. She nails it pretty well in both Crystal & 90's. Certainly better then the other two I don't care about anyways.

However, she did capture Chibiusa’s annoying/bratty personality in the early season well.

As a fan of the Viz Dub, I like Sugar Lyn Beard for Chibiusa better than Sandy but she’s just as good!

Kae Araki was my childhood (we watched bootleg sub tapes with horrible tracking for the S and SuperS seasons). Tracey sounds sooo bad lol but mostly it's because of the script. Old dubs are so terrible.
