This is the legend of Zero. A reploid created with the purpose of destroying the world. But in the end, became its savior. He sacrificed himself for the people he believed in. I've never cared about justice, and I don't recall ever calling myself a hero. I've always fought for the people I belived in. I won't hesitate... If an enemy appears in front of me, I will destroy it!

I consider this as this version Zero's theme. He's a lot more of a distant and quite character in the Zero series than the X version and this song greatly shows that.

This song is magic with headphones.

Classics don't EVER start out as classics. It's because of nostalgia that we look back at our pasts and see such greatness lying on it... yeah, I love this theme and Megaman Zero saga.

This song gives me the power to carry on! I listen to this song in the gym.

when i listen to this song, i always image a ancient city shrouded by a blizzard. and I'm not even cold.

One of the most epic things about the Zero series were the endings. X comes and asks Zero to take care of the world for a while, Zero sees the army of phanteons he will have to fight, the screen goes black and this music plays. It's just SOOO awesome!

All of these tracks have such powerful emotions... Just looking through the comments will tell you that. The zero series is unusually emotional for mega man games. It feels like a story about people rather than machines. And such a good story too

He was not actually. X and Zero were under construction around the same time. We have seen Wily show blueprints for him, but we dont know if by that moment, Light had his own or not. We see him thinking about Robots having the ability to think for themselves, but nothing else.

the manga has nothing to do with the actual plot. Its just a doujin.

I wished that is how he looked in MMZ, I would actually like the change.

Zaroon115 , I like to think that she wasn't the only one to hack into cyberspace, and that someone else did it too. That'd give a reason for Zero to exist at a certain moment between the Zero series and the ZX series and for the creation of model W. I don't know if you remember, but Prairie talks about the maverick outbreaks after the defeat of Weil in Vent's story, and then a flashback picture is shown. In that pic we have Ciel, a legion of what looks like maverick pantheons and Zero. Maybe something happened, but it's just my theory anyway.

I remember the first time that I saw this game, I underestimated it cause I really didn't like zero's design, he seems weaker than original versión, but, now I have noticed that he is incredible

after all, he saved the humanity in megaman zero and megaman ZX, and megaman ZX is supossed to be the last game, now, he must rest in peace

O Zero é um dos caras mais daóras de toda a franquia Megaman (senão o maior), mas eu odeio quem desmerece o X. Afinal. A série Zero mostra o mesmo lutando contra varios inimigos fortes e salvando o mundo, mas isso pq foi mostrado! O X teve q lutar sozinho por quase 100 anos contra muitos mavericks depois do Zero ter se selado. Nao tivemos uma história do X lutando sozinho, mas se tivesse...o pessoal deveria trata-lo com o mesmo nivel do proprio Zero.

Well, acording to many fans and Capcom developers, Megaman Legends is the last in the chronological order. Funny, Megaman sort of dissappeared for like 300, 400 years and comes back after all that (not the same Megaman of course, but still).

But if you finished ZX Advent in expert mode, you'll find the secret ending. Which means Capcom should create the final game and end it.

No he did not. Wily did not find out about X until Zero was already either under construction, or finished. His original purpose was to destroy Rock and Bass, but upon finding out about X, changed Zero's mission to that of destroying X. Plus Zero is NOTHING like X in design at all- Light admits in X5 that he can not give Zero armors because he does not know Zero's internal structure, only able to offer him power ups, but not structure changing armors.

he did come back , if you saw the last chapter of the zero manga you would see that elpizo (as a cyber elf) sacraficed himself like passy in the begining to bring zero back to life elpizo found him as a corpse without his helmet (which explains the whole helmet scene at the end of the game) couldn't read it though , it was in japanese :)
