I'm always happy to point you in the right direction regarding questions about Adobe Captivate. If you need more than a simple question answered, you can purchase a one-hour one-on-one session with me at bit.ly/Cp1on1. If you only use some of that time, that's okay. You can bank any unused time (15-minute increments) for future sessions. For example, if you use 30 minutes, you can use 30 minutes later.

Adobe Captivate 2019 version 11.8.0 was updated to 11.8.1 on February 14th, 2023. But that's probably not what you are asking about. Adobe continues to work on the next major release. Some of us are previewing early versions of this update, but we cannot discuss this in great detail due to non-disclosure agreements.

Great stuff, Paul! Quick question - now that Adobe version 11.8.1 has eliminated the "Next 5 slides" and "From this slide" options, is there any way to preview your project without having to start from the beginning each time?

I´m a language teacher who is trying to innovate in her classes. I would like to know how can I use Adobe Captivate to make eLearning classes for my students and where a beginner like me should start? I do appreciate your advice on this. Thanks!

I advise taking a course that will provide you with foundational knowledge and experience with Adobe Captivate. One such course would be the Adobe Professional Certification - Adobe Captivate, of which I am an instructor. Unfortunately, this program is on hold due to the upcoming release of a new version of Adobe Captivate. However, once this new release is available, they will continue to offer this training. In the meantime, if you have specific needs and wish to have shorter, one-on-one training. i want to customize the tests by doing external interactions and adding captivating, but i still want to get the score on the system, is there any way i can change the "cpQuizInfoPointscored" value? thank you sir!!!

I've never tried to do this. I'll do some research into this and see if it can be done with JavaScript.
