I would do it where all weapons, abilities, and ultimates have rarity tiers (you spawn with the worst tier of everything of your heroes kit) that correspond with how well they do and there would be chests and randomly spawning supply drops around the map with upgrades such as better item tiers, temporary overhealth, health packs, shield health, armor health, more damage, more healing, more base health, faster fire rate, and special abilities for each item.

I like the fact that you based it off of many games, As a person who prefers Apex way over fortnite it was nice to see abunch of Apex in this ow vid. Apex and OW are My two favorite games. Also wasn't there 4 CP weapons at one point in Apex.

Unsure if is it possible and would easily be exploited. I think it would be neat to everyone on the skybox and they can choose their spawn by looking down and pining a spot. That spot would be marked with a circle. Other players could see it and get the chance to react before a starting timer runs out.

I like your concept but it just seems a bit too complicated for a workshop mode, I find that the simpler the concept is the better, also I like sticking to the main game because that’s the most polished and makes for simpler implementation, when I make stuff with the workshop I try to use as much of blizzards pre existing logic or visuals since that’s better than anything you will try to make using effects. On to the concept, I like your idea and it seems like a fun game to try out, but I would personally try to make it as simple as possible and try to stick with whatever works with normal polished overwatch to make it so the base fanbase would be able to easily understand everything. How I would do it: 4 teams of 3 having a Tank, Support , and DPS. Maps are Suravasa and New Junk City. Have a leveling system, you can gain exp from picking up blobs all over the map by walking over them (distance between event player and global variable). Blobs would spawn randomly on walkable floor (random value in array). Damage dealt and eliminations also grant exp. Maybe have 20 or so levels with each upgrade flashing as a big message LEVEL UP, NEW ABILITY:{name} or NEW PASSIVE:{name} etc. and then a small message that gives a short description of the ability. I would make each level give one thing, either a stat buff or an ability and would be uniform for all heroes, meaning at level 2 would always be secondary fire, and level 3 would always be a stat buff, maybe heroes like reaper and tracer would just get ability 1 earlier and have earlier spikes in power rather than late game since they have no secondary form of fire. Revive system similar to PVE reviving. You start out with lower stats (Damage dealt, Healing dealt, Health, cooldowns), around 50% of normal OW, and each level grants you more stats or lesser stat upgrades with an ability unlock. Abilities are locked on lower levels, certain levels would unlock ability 1, 2, secondary fire, and Ultimate. Higher levels would give new passives or change abilities depending on the hero (similar to events like halloween or battle for Olympus, this would allow larger power fantasies and should be simple and try to remain non-game breaking. Last standing team survives. Would have a collapsing zone or a final objective that wins the game using one of the flashpoint objectives if accessible through the workshop. Plus would love to see you tackle a battle royale mode as I think OW2 needs better workshop modders rather than the +18 mercy rp lobbies littered around custom servers.
