Pretty fair assessment, I still think they are a bit different though. Dick feels like he’s more incorruptible than Pete though. Of course that can be attributed to the writers, as you said. You're right about Spidey and Nightwing being the same character but Spidey gets treated with respect like Nightwing... Just... Not in his own stories. Whenever Spidey makes an appearance in other Marvel comics, he's treated with the reverence he deserves. Now if only he was treated like that in his official stories.

The difference between Barry and Wally is that Wally takes things PERSONAL! Don’t get me wrong, if you kill or attack Iris, you will still get Barry’s hands. But if you kill someone that Wally is close with, you better hope he just phases his hand into you like reverse flash or he will ruin you life like him instead. When Bart Allen (Barry’s grandson from the future) got killed by Inertia (clone of him pretty much) Wally beat him, sapped all of his speed so that he can’t move an inch and takes like 10,000 years to blink, and put him in the Flash museum lime a statue across from the statue of Bart. So every single day, he can’t move, but can perceive time the same and can hear and see at normal speed, and he has to listen to everyone that goes into the museum praising Bart, the one he killed. Barry wants to save all of his villains (besides the obvious ones he hates) but Wally doesn’t kill people mainly because he was trained by Barry not to kill people and he doesn’t want to dishonor him. Barry may be a badass but Wally is a fucking menace.
