* Friday : Extra - Box Squat - 4 sets of 4 - Landmine shoulder press - 3 sets of 8 - Barbell Curl - 3 sets of 15 - Walking Lunge - 2 sets of 15 * Saturday : Mobility - 90/90 hip rotation - 1-2 mile Run * Sunday : Complete rest
