A very special person, hardworking person, young person, a big inspriation.. he was something like an ambassador for this world and now his time is over. I think his mission on this earth was done. To spread love, motivation und to be an example how to achieve your goals! Everybody has done mistakes. Learn from them and keep going in a positive way. I’m Swiss and he used to live in Switzerland in 1991 and went to an international school near the place I live. Every time I see the school I will think about him. What I love about Kobe is that unlike most celebs, he doesn't show off and make normal people's lives look bad. He's a down to earth guy who had to work hard to earn where he's at. He supports normal people and encourages them to work hard so that someday, they might be like him. R.I.P Kobe.

Moeshaak Shakur i love my family but a lot of people can relate to me when I say this - Kobe was the male role model for a lot of us who didn’t have a strong male role model. I love my Dad but he was in and out of my life. Kobe - though i never met him - was always there. I saw his determination, hard work, and strive for excellence and pushed myself to be like him. All the strong qualities I have as a Man and a leader are because of Kobe, not my dad. Him dying is pretty much like a family member you look up to dying. That’s why people are taking it so hard. Not trying to insult you, but just wanted to give context.

It’s gonna be so hard for me to get over the fact that not only did Kobe have so much of his life ahead of him but he didn’t even make it to see himself enshrined in the HOF, not only that but his sweet daughter Gianna won’t even be there to see her father who was also mentoring her to being a great basketball player as well, give his HOF speech. When Kobe died it felt like not only a piece of my childhood died but a piece of history died too and that being said the weird part of this is if I could speak to Kobe right now I think he’d say he wouldn’t have lived his life any different and not to be sad about his death as hard as it is but to keep fighting a living your life to the fullest and keep putting in all your effort to whatever it is in life just as he had.
