My favorite Chandler moment is in the second season episode The One Where Mr. Heckles Dies. After the gang has cleaned out the vacant apartment, Chandler's the last to leave. He turns out the light and, just before shutting the door, he quietly says "Goodbye Mr. Heckles, we'll try to keep it down". I always found it a bittersweet moment that Perry delivered just right. RIP Matthew.

I tried to watch friends but I couldn’t. It felt so heavy that I couldn’t control my tears. I’ve grown up watching this show and it was a comfort zone for me. Even though Chandler could be too grumpy, cynical, pessimistic, judgemental, uptight, snobby, and sarcastic, at times, for my liking, I still loved his sense of humour and caring nature. Joey was always my favorite on the show, with Chandler a close second. They were about as bromantic as you could be on 90's television. I loved how Chandler cared for his friend Joey so much that he helped support him financially while Joey was getting started as an actor. Now that's a true friend.

Best of Chandler is when he convinced that teenager to adopt a baby to them, knowing that they knew chandler and Monica lied to them. I still always held out hope that we'd get a proper character's reunion show special one day but sadly it will never be now. Ross was always my favourite in terms of which character made me laugh the most but every single character had their individual charms, they all come as a package or not at all.

As i was growing up, my parents used to put on friends for us to watch. Of course, most of us were too young to get a lot of the jokes, but I idolised chandler for the way he could make a whole room laugh and use his pain/sadness to amuse others. It feels like as i grew up and watched the show more I actually shaped quite a bit of my personality around him. Matthew once talked about how he would rather be remembered first and foremost as someone who helped others. Like someone could approach him saying "I'm having trouble with my drinking" and he would be able to help them. That is what he was most proud of and he wanted to be remembered as a helper. I think something else which would be a good thing to talk about more is the great things he did in aiding people's sobriety as well as his own.

I feel Chandler had the most character development in the show. He really matured and grew up from that insecure, sarcastic character to a true husband, father, and the bestest friend you could ever ask for. When he and Monica got the twins, that was my favorite part of his whole character arc. Rest in peace Matthew. 😔

It's cool that cast got along and became real friends. Matt LeBlanc said that whenever he ran into Matthew Perry -- even if they hadn't seen each other in 5 years -- their friendship picked right up from where they left off.

A good portion of my college dorm would gather in the tv room to watch Friends. And a moment I remember perhaps getting the biggest laugh was in season 2 after Joey's moved out, in the "All By Myself" sequence, when the show parodied the recent drama between Ross and Rachel. When Chandler and Joey and longingly gazing into the distance- or in Joey's case, into a fake rainy window.
