The "Ronin" is an extremely Strong Remnant 2 Melee Build (S-Tier). Not only that it shreds *Bosses in under 40 Seconds*, it is also probably the best add Clearer in the Game - and that for all Worlds!
The Build uses the Spectral Blade paired with Tainted Blade to get an insane 80% of Damage increase!
It is really my favourite Build by now! As I enjoy clearing the worlds with easy and not have to worry about anything... It's just a funmaker! #remnant2 #gunfiregames #gaming

I absolutely love this build. It crushes literally anything on apocalypse, especially everyones least favorite roly poly god, Abomination. Spam the neutral heavy attack and it doesnt come back with its armor refreshed. Soooo satisfying. Cheers brotha and heres to a happy 2024 for your channel

You're one of the few KZfaqrs with the balls to show how your build stacks up against Nightweaver. Many show a "run through" that never includes her. I wonder why? Edit-awesome build! I've seen several variations of the Spectral Blade + Bore and this is by far the best one yet. Far less gimmicky and conditional than all the others. I swapped out the Amulet for Butcher's Fetish (same benefits but don't rely on bleed which only comes from Miasma), Faelin's Sigil for Stone of Malevolence (since you're ALWAYS doing elemental damage and SoM gives you 15% instead of 10%) and Timekeeper's Jewel for Burden of the Rebel (since I'm a CDR freak). Also swapped sidearm for the double barreled shotgun since you only get two shots of Bore and the reticle seems to be a little bigger with Bore (might be my imagination). Throw on a Meatshake and you're good to go. I beat the Bloat King (which I would consider a bad melee boss) the first time on Veteran, and he even had elemental resist. Congrats on the 500, happy I was among your first subs.

Negative. the original construction using the fetish butcher's collar, and invader and brawler classes is far superior to this.

LOL just cruised through the hatchery apoc and didn’t shoot one bullet the whole run yet! Didn’t even use a mod. However, I switched out the fae ring and timekeepers jewel for RROD and Band of the Fanatic. Just a beauty of a build. Thank youuuu

really outstanding build and video. the variants not including the HC ring and infinite stamina are still good for lower difficulties but don't punch hard enough for app. luckily those two rings are not that hard to get. really awesome build

Looks amazing. Gonna try this one. Might mix it up with chaos gamings toxic disintegrator build. Also the people complaining about the hardcore ring. There are a lot of guides out there, only takes about one hour to get it. Its worth a few tries

i like spectral blade,good for breaking jars.I have seen people using it in final boss fight annihilation to destroy the orbs.However like you said it needs practice.Sometime the whirlwind wont trigger even if i am doing neutral dodge charge attack.But my personal favourite is worlds edge.Can you make a melee build based on worlds edge?I absolutely like that sword.

In my testing the Faelin's sigil give you more mod power, which allows you to hit them while having 4 bore on. Adding mod duration on your heart also helps with this. Oh and if you can get yout melee attack speed higher you can even get a hit with 6 bores in them. I't not saying this is better, just that they are options :)

That's interesting. And of course yea it's the better choice you're right 😁 I also saw that you can use the 15% melee damage fragment instead of the weakspot damage. There's always room for improvement 🙂

Is it possible to exchange Ritualist or Challenger for Invader? I really love the misdirection and fast/lifestealing combos. I'd even sacrifice some of the dmg, so I can compensate with Loophole!

@@Deviwlz Yea sure go for it 🙂 I always say everyone should experiment with my Builds until it fits your playstile! I wouldn't use Merciless for bleed. Just pick a Weapon with a high base crit chance and add Twisting wounds. Or just use pipe bombs. With Ritualist, they last 60 Seconds!

I like the build! I really like the soectral blade and ritualist but havent thought about putting them together since they both clear mons ez pz. For rings, why not take off time jewel for red ring of death or band of fanatic? RROD would give 2 stacks, which would extend duration (i think), and fanatic is bugged and extends the durations and power of atatus effects!

Glad you enjoy it 😁 Was just due to lazyness so the DOTs keep up 40 Seconds so you can keep focusing on Melee damage.

So I'm feeling melee and made a beast already but I wanna make a light weight contender as well this is slick so if I can't use ritualist would you use day challenger as prime and either medic or alchemist since they get all damge traits.

A good alternative is still Invader and Challenger because of the wormhole. Pretty neat as well. See description for this other Build version.

@SenorCerveza haven't got invader yet but I settled on challenger medic with the juggernaut and shield used the butcher fetish with the ring that boost crits but removes weak points the ring that grants mod power with melee the ring that grant 6 % life steal and the rerouting cable and the melee mod that also grants shield on charged melee but mostlikly ill just go back to steadfast I'm in love with it. I already have a tank melee with earth breaker and it just mauls bosses and everything not aerial and willing to come close butnit stupefied bosses I liked yours and I'll tweaking more the more I have needs more refinement and my version is okay and fun for a super light dodgy version. But those numbers you had def wanna try your version when I can one thing how comebyour swords are was so big though mines don't seems so big and I have amplified maxed to 50 aoe. Curious I may have missed something.

@SenorCerveza I ended up using steadfast modifier matriarch amulet with drakestone pearl the lifesteal ring and routing cable this thing crushes butbi will say my tank bonk with earth breaker crashes bosses and this one I really need invader since I feel it would just match better as the prime with challenger second. Def time to grind adventure in losom

I've been messing around with a very similar build, but not as powerful with all the corrosion. I really hate that you need to rely on Multiplayer for a few traits, obviously resonance, in this case.

so I am using your exact build for my first APO run and just fought sunken witch. So much fun but my weakspot damage is only like half under same conditions. Could that be a modifier? I am confused about what I am doing wrong

Hey 🙂 Are you sure they are Crits? Because Crits are double the Damage than normal Hits. They appear in bigger font than the others. That would explain it.

yeah just bad luck there ha ha. Getting the numbers now after a small adjustment to the build. swapped siegel for atonement ring.this build is not for the faint of heart for boss fights like with BRUIN. It's so intense. applying the bores is the most hectic thing ever

I tried the build at and the only reason I think it’s not S tier is because you get one shot by any and every boss on Apoc. High damage but a glass cannon which is weird for a melee build. Bosses that my tank melee build breeze right through this build just instantly dies over and over.

Hey 🙂 Check out the description. There is another Build Variant with more survivability. It really depends what your preferences are of course. As I mention in the Build breakdown, I highly recommend you experiment until it suits you 🙂 It is not meant to use it the same way as I do. At least not for everyone 😁

Idk why devs have to nerf fun instead of buffing less used items, the funnest part of remnant 1 was making builds that could one shot bosses but in 2 they keep nerfing all the fun stuff

Has this been nerfed yet? DLC 2 dropped yesterday and a lot of stuff got reduced, bigsad. And now I find this build and I just hope its still viable

To follow up- yes, quite a lot of the numbers involved are now lower. The biggest example being Tainted Blade now granting an 8% dmg increase per corroded stack (max 5 stacks for 40% total) I'm gonna go test it anyway but I'm guessing this build has lost it's shine

Venom does work but it's very hard due to the aoe and circles. Probably not the best build for this boss 🙂

yeah definitely dealing with skill issue on some of the bosses. hope we get some sort of arena mode eventually where we can just battle them to try different things without having to rerun a whole biome

@@ac372 just use the Remnant 2 Save Guardian and save and mark it as keep before fighting the boss. Then you can restore the world anytime 🙂
