3 жыл бұрынRyan Leach, Incident Meteorologist, explains the Remote Automated Weather Station (RAWS) which provides current weather conditions on a fire. The RAWS can measure the temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, precipitation and the amount of moisture in ground fuels.

I would think the pyrometer would be south facing so you would not get shadows from the other instrumentation mast on the sensor... Seems like the exposure is 180 degrees from what it should be just observing the shadows. Thank you for posting and explanation.
