I don't blame you! Haha. Apparently it likes to move around a bit when unused for a bit...kinda like the BB-8 Sphere. The one thing that is a bummer is that when you change direction or controls...it pauses. So if you are turning and then want to go straight...it stops...then goes straight.

I will admit, this version is a nice update of the original Hasbro model. Though the original is still pretty great and the Sphero version is pretty amazing too.

Actually, There is a remote controlled R2-D2 Fridge. It's RC like the movie prop, but it's main body is a fridge.I'll see if I can find a link to buy it.

There is also an R2D2 robot that you can control via your smartphone. You first need to install the Smart R2D2 app and you can control the R2D2 robot via Bluetooth and the app.

Mine just came in, it's awesome. Pricey but awesome, it even looks good just standing there. BTW make sure you have batteriesgalore available, these things are electrical vampires.
