1999 ford f250 superduty v10 5sp manual. No factory keyless remote. Ordered from Tony. Quick shipping!! When I got to getting it all done, I screwed up a few times. Talking with Tony he walked me through the process and troubleshooting. After a few blown fuses we got it. He was super nice knowing I am colorblind. So sending him lots of pictures to confirm the right wires was a big help. Super happy and satisfied! Thanks again for all your patience and all the big help you did!

I have a keyless entry system just a universal one i ordered from Amazon. I have yet to try to install, your video has helped me alot with what wire is what on these trucks! if i cant figure it out im definitely going to order this one from you i really wish these trucks came with keyless entry i have the 17+ style mirrors with puddle lights that id love for them to turn on when i hit the unlock buttom (wired into the dome lights) thanks for the video!!.. i have a 05 f250

Thanks! The 05 and up do not have the dome light wire present to hook onto, but the puddle lights can be hooked to the dome light wire of this keyless entry as long as they're positive triggered.

Out of the 170 channels I subscribe to, you have the best (720p resolution) clarity. What brand and model of camera do you use? Many of your videos are shot outdoors, thus the lighting is superb, but even close ups in the garage make my old laptop appear like new. Do you use a GoPro?

Lol.....thank you very much! You may be surprised to learn that I use my phone for all of them. It's a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G. I film absolutely everything in high definition. It does take a long time to upload the videos, but I believe it's a must, especially when I'm working with specific wire colors. I don't want anyone to miss anything. I do get a lot of compliments on my clarity. Thank you very much for watching! And commenting! It helps me out a lot.

Tony, Do you have a video for installing keyless entry for trucks that have manual door locks? IE, No power door locks?

No, I don't. There are no wires existing to attach to and no power lock actuators in the doors of a truck that is all manual. I want to do a video on removing that stuff from a junkyard truck and installing it in another one. I just haven't had the chance to.

All you have to do is look at the wiring at the switches. Also, the earlier ones like yours are harder to get to the wires. They come out of the door and go up around the firewall. People are telling me they are getting to them by removing the glove box and pulling the harness down.

I found this video trying to figure out how to program another key fob 2003 ford excursion and I'm wondering if this remote keyless entry will work on 1980s Lincoln Town Car the wiring looks pretty similar. I have a 1987 towncar and would love to have tha keyless entry and maybe a remote start.

Does your Town Car have the factory keyless entry keypad on the driver door? It can be done either way, but the installation will be different between keyless and non keyless models.

@tonyscarcare5657 It does have a working keypad on the drivers side door. It also has a trunk button in the glove box. I don't know if that will make a difference.

Sure, I do. I'm sure they will, but you need to be sure the wires come down the side out of the door. I'm pretty sure they do.

No, sorry. A remote start has to be completely hardwired and soldered.

Installing a remote start is a totally different animal. It all has to be hardwired and soldered.

The two small ones are for the illumination. The doorlocks have five wires, meaning you don't have factory keyless entry.
