Sure, but in the meanwhile you can use banana and milk mask on your hands. and apply petroleum jelly ( Vaseline) every night on your hands. next morning you will notice smooth soft hands

Raida Abdurahman I can help. Do this on a day you won’t be going out: 1. First, make a scrub with sugar and oil . Rub it all over your hands to exfoliate. Wash them. 2. Get some cheap mittens and cut the fingers off. 3. Take coconut oil or Vaseline and rub it all over your hands. Put gloves on and wear them all day. Wash off if sticky when removed. 4. Start wearing sunscreen on your hands daily!
