Hell yea I'm an owner operator and every time I need tire service I have to call for a tire guy now ill just buy that with the tire rods to change out tires when I need to do it myself to save time and money. Good job on the video.

It seems more powerful than my older one, and it can be set to be really gentle. The drill is more appropriately sized for my use. I used to have a hammer drill, but I did not like that it was so big and it was not a great hammer drill. I rather have a smaller drill like this, and then get a corded hammer drill for the odd case I need that.

I’m getting this wrench it looks comfortable to hold and carry I think we should also get the long bright wrench he has to test pounds of torque the wrench put in cause u don’t wanna messed up again when ur out there with a loaded tractor trailer, a friend of mines has this red Milwaukee wrench and he recommend it to me since we both are owner operators of tractor trailers and I wanted to c the reviews of, he also sent me a video of him working with it on his brakes 💪🏾

@@Bextortrucker I do have the 5.0 aswell . Make sure you use 3/4 drive socket without any adaptors , also make sure you have it on mode "4" for max torque

I have the 3/4 model, i used it to take off my tires at least 10t times on a charge. it removes those 450 ft lb bolts on the 2nd setting. its a beast! Theres no reason to get this one because its just as good as the 3/4. if you already have 1 inch sockets then you should get this one to add portability to your setup.

its got 4 settings on it. each setting only tightens up to a certain torque. usually setting 4 is for removing bolts and i usually use 2 or 3 to tighten. to be sure use a torque wrench.

Your overspending, a 1/2 or 3/4 impact wrench does the trick as well

It will take them off no problem. That impact is a beast. And when he put those back on and he checked it with a torque wrench, didn't even move at 450ftlbs, I would bet those lugs that he tighten with that impact are already at around 700 to 800 ftlbs. That impact is no joke, and not for the kid that doesn't know what he's doing and just let him go ham on shit, because he will be breaking shit!

Air gun is faster. Much heavier but zips them bitches off. Honestly I just started my job a few months ago and I would've loved a lighter weight gun that takes the lugs off, but now I just want them off quickly. That's where air shines in my opinion. Not dissing milly I have some of their tools, if an air line is close by I'm using the air gun.

You definitely tightened those lug nuts more than 475 ft-lb but by how much? This impact driver is so powerful you can easily put 600 to 700 ft-lb without knowing it.

have you ever replaced the yoke on the driveshaft on a 2013 freightliner? someone told me to replace it and that it will get rid of the vibration I'm getting. I have new shocks and I aligned and balanced my steers but it still vibrates.

hello, you can check if the yoke and carry bearing dont have play, check for the transmission mounts, also check the drive tires if they were ran with low air they may be out of round, (that happened to me)

I can use my 1/2” Milwaukee to remove wheels off garbage trucks. They are torqued to 500ft lbs.

You can do that using their Bluetooth app. Seting parameters on specific torque settings.

You actually don't know how much torque you have applied because you have tightened them completely before using the torque wrench. In order to use the torque wrench function properly, it has to do the final tightening not the impact.

These lug nuts are torqued between 450 ft lbs to 500 ft lbs a blue $200 impac wrench will do the same work.

Leo Arreguin how many truck wheels have you actually serviced? If the lugs are torqued to spec a smaller wrench will work but you’d be surprised how many lugs get smacked on with a large 1” impact and no small impact will remove them.

@@turbodiesel8651 I use a 1 inch air gun, but kobalt makes 1/2 drive 24 volt brushless impact gun that will remove those wheel nuts,I have one myself and it was less than $200 dollars
