Merchandise can be purchased here: shedhappens.myspreadshop.com/
This was one that the customer had purchased on payments and choose to return the shed, it was then taken to a shed lot and resold.

That is the most brutal, amazing thing I have ever seen anyone do in my 67 years. Liked, subscribed and notified. Looking at the landscape and keeping in mind the physics such as gravitational pull. I was thinking, "this will never happen, it's physically impossible". Then when it was pulling the shed up the slope, I realized the design is such that it pivots basically keeping the shed level which is preventing it from sliding down or falling over.

Mules are impressive however there is one thing they cannot do that a guy and a shed trailer can. Take a 12 or 14 wide building through a 10' wide gate which is very common. With a trailer you can often times go over the gate posts by sliding the building forward on the trailer as far as you can then raising the trailer up with both tilt and by lifting an axle if possible. Can't do a 30' long but you can do a 20' long or maybe even a 24' on level ground. We called it "floating a building". I am sure the folks at Shed Happens know this but many of the viewers may not have seen this done. When possible it saves on tearing down and re-construction of fencing. Anyway the mule is a great tool to have but a advanced shed trailer and a good operator is also very useful and actually faster on many simple deliveries.

10:30 "You are more aggressive than the delivery guy..." Going in will probably be a little more delicate than taking out I would assume, but you do a great job either way. Going up on the neighbors lawn is probably not the most kosher practice but it must be within your limits or you wouldn't do it. I would have to say that is a small house to be adding to a property so better consult the neighbor first.

Thinking a second set of wheels would help in those situations like this one where you had to use the wheels at both ends in order to swing the porch end around counterclockwise. Maybe one set of wheels could be a caster style so that the mule could push that set sideways?
