Q value tells how narrow frequency range Filter or EQ affects. If there is single clear problem frequency you can have high value from start. Q value is relative to frequency so increasing it for higher frequencies will keep it from affecting too wide frequency range.

I downloaded the video you used as an example in this video... And I found that in the noise, at the beginning... where you picked the noise profile... There is a "breath"... When you then include complete silence "as noise" (in the profile), in addition to including breathing in the profile... Then the profile will not be correct, and you will go through the entire audio file, removing sound that is in "breathing frequency"...I only marked what was noise, before breathing... But only after taking a "hard limiter" of -5.8db.... Then to normalize the sound up to -1db. Then when all the noise was amplified, all the noise disappeared with noise removal, and the breath remained. Everything you did after the noise removal wouldn't have been necessary if you had done the noise removal correctly...

Thank you, you inspired me to see if "SOX" (it's a command line program for audio editing) also have a setting for this method you said or not, if yes then we can easily run a *.bat (in windows) or *.sh(in Linux) on any audio files and noises will automatically remove. For noise reduction I know sox has settings but for electrical noises I didn't know how to do, thank you so much!

This seems to be the fix to my issue. However as I'm typing this I can hear the high pitch frequency in my headphones and I don't have anything playing. Something else is going on........ Ah, I unplugged my Pioneer controller and the noise stopped. The issue has to be in the audio out somewhere. Thanks for this video. Giving it a show with a quick test clip and edit.

what do I do if it happens on all frequency ranges? Ive been having this sound Ive been trying to patch and the beginning seems to do fine but there is a spontaneous change 5 seconds in and i have no clue other than to just loop the beginning and mess around with amplification for certain spots.
