Right when you mentioned the ecological footprint, I ordered a pack of three. i go through so many makeup wipes. I do my makeup almost every day and when i film my youtube videos and take pics for instagram I use 2 wipes per look. thats like 10 wipes per week!! So happy for you and proud of you for investing in a company that you love!! hell yeah boss babe.

Hi chloe. I love this product. Here are a few things I would like to point out! I have 6 of them so I can rotate them. I feel I have used them enough to critique them.. they wash beautifully. I use philosophy purity cleanser for a quick wash right after use, then I throw them in wash when I have a few to clean. Washes great and the integrity is still there. the tag is a little big so I cut mine off. It would be nice to not have it on there. You have to constantly hold it back. the other thing is I wish the edges were a bit skinnier if that makes sense. Its really thick . I would rather see more cleaning surface and a thin black edge. I understand and see how you held yours, but I like to lay out the full circle in my hand that way it gets the face cleaned rather quickly! It really is a very well thought out product. I have used these type of products for 7 years and yours keeps up with the competetion.. Great job.

hello fressia. Love your name! I have 2 favorites. each for different reasons. Halo is a thicker more wash chloth feel. Its great for removing masks!! Absolutely perfection for that. My other favorite is the Jane iredale mitt. It goes on your hand like the name implies. Its a thinner feel which I really like esp. when removing eye makeup etc. they both wash beautifully...I will also say they are both equally good in the gentle dept as well. If your not into microfiber, the liz earle muslin chloths are awesome. They give you a really great light exfoliation while cleansing your skin and do well in the washer. Just be careful with this one when using it on your eyes as it has a bit more exfoliating feel to it! .. Hope this helps. xx

I'm such a germaphobe when it comes to my skin because I break out easily, so I'm a little scared of reusable things for my face. But I always want to try to find more ways to help the environment, so I will give this a try.🌱💙

Surowka Lynn hi! Babe as long as you wash it and sanitise after every use - youre fine. Alcohol gets rid of most of bacteries and it will be safe to use for next day. Also keep in some box or whatever to make sure it doesnt get dusty. Its same as beauty blender, makeup brush or clarisonic brush. If we keep it clean and sanitised - we are fine :*

It's not really environmentally friendly... The problem is that it's probably made from synthetic fibers like a lot of clothing (website doesn't specify). When you wash it it releases synthetic fibers that end up in the ocean (micro plastic). Textiles are one of the leading causes of micro plastic.... A way to fix this is buy washing it in a "guppy friend" bag (google it) or switching to a natural cleanser like an oil if your skin can tolerate it....

From a slight-germaphobe to another, it seems to me that it is much more sanitary to be able to wash it yourself! You are in control of the conditions you use! Who knows the sanitary conditions of the factory where disp. wipes are made, know what i mean? ;) PLUS, your skin might be happier with your own local water (esp'ly with regular use... change is sometimes not good, lol!!) instead of whatever is in 'conventional' wipes... e.g. I am in a rural area, and here water is different from one municipality to another. it's crazy, my well water is gonna be different form that one town over! My skin, my body, can tell!! lol. good luck to you!

I have been using the GLOV makeuo remover glove and a dupe of it and I love them!! I have never ever used makeup remover or wipes since then! I will try the Halo as well! I love sustainable products

I just purchased two packs of the FaceHalo and I am very eager to try them out! I love what you did with the orange it looks like it is a real life changer. I am moving in my first apartment in less than a month and god knows how life costs. If I can stop buying 10$ makeup wipes every month that sometime irritates my eyes, I am down as hell with FaceHalo. I know you always speak the truth so I am already super faithful to this product. O. M. G. I received the face halo yesterday and tried it for the first time last night. Chloe, this is amazing!!! I absolutely love it!!! I know I've only used it once, but I'm hooked. There are a few reusable makeup removing wipes. Ulta has some from their own brand, and I have one called ME I think- like Makeover Essentials or something? It works just as well!!

People have been selling makeup removing towels for a while now. I have some and they're great. I don't understand what makes this any better than any of those. I would love to see a comparison video between the face halo and a generic makeup removing cloth.

+audrey mcneal we use Woven fibre which is unique and ouch more durable, softer and we use satin edging so it isn't scratchy!

Hey Chloe, I ordered three facehalos august 9th and never recieved it. I wrote to the face hallo email and they said they would look at it and someone from the head Office would be back with an answer shortly. But I never heard from them either. Very disappointed and sad. Was so excited for my facehalo (also because you are a part of it and I'm your biggest fan) 😔

If you have an automotive supply store, you'll probably be able to find them. (Minus the satin ribbon trim) They're used for applying car wax. They're called applicator pads.

There are microfiber cloths that do the exact same thing and probably more convenient to handle, available in Amazon and Ebay. Sorry to say this but these are much much cheaper.

I am posting this as a warning to other customers. I purchased these face halos at the beginning of august. They never arrived and I've contacted face halo twice , both emails have been ignored and I have lost $35. I saved for two weeks to buy these face halos .. I was literally skipping meals 😂. And I've been robbed . Please fix it Chloe.

This product is amazing. Face Halo is the only remover I ever use. I was very skeptical but I am here to tell you that this really works. No shipping to anywhere in Africa or the middle east. :/ honestly a huge demographic you're missing out on. If you market this in the middle east you have no idea how well you'll do, focus on countries like Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco. I would kill for a product like this to be honest. :(

I just use a makeup removing washable washcloth. I love the feeling of cleanser on my face so this is a no go for me but looks cool.

Dear Chloe, This product is NOT SUSTAINABLE enough, because: A: It is made out of plastic that is produced with crude oil. B: Plastic micro particles get dumped into our ecosystem via our washing machines and thus into our own bodies. Cancer and other diseases are related to plastic particles in our bodies. C: A lifetime of 200 times uses is way too short. I doubt this product is recyclable due to its mix of materials? So this will end up in landfill and our scarce resources are wasted... HOW TO REMOVE YOUR MAKE UP SUSTAINABLY (+ healthy + save a lot of money): 1. Palm oil free, vegan, natural bar soap. 2. Coconut oil for eye makeup (does not burn and removes water resistant make up) 3. Water 4. I bought it, it’s great, feels like a teddy bear on your face, it polishes it. It’s like a cleanser and exfoliator in one.Took my waterproof mascara much easier than my bioderma.

I can't even tell you how much I love them!!! I havent had a pimple since I got them and the pores on my nose are less visible because they are cleaner. Seriously. Amazing.

My student is allergic to water. She cant drink. She just can take some sips to quench her thirst because if she do more, her throat will constrict. I've seen it hapoen in front of my eyes. Scared me to death when that happen. Weird eh?

I got it in the mail yesterday..!!! It works like magic..!! Thanks Chloe for changing the makeup remover routine for me forever!! Just one thing that I found is that the stains on the face halo do not go away completely. There is always a little bit of stain here and there. I cleaned it as soon as I used it, but it still had some very very minor stains! Nothing too drastic. Again I absolutely love the Face Halo..!!!!! Thanks again, Chloe..!! #facehalo

I love mine! I have to say I was a bit hesitant at first but after watching this video I was sold. My (acne prone, dry) skin never looked better and just feels sooo fresh and clean. Every package comes with 3 halos and one of them lasts for months, so it’s basically worth approx 1 years’ of supply! Bye bye cotton pads and make up remover - this will save you money whilst saving the environment. NO BRAINER 🤩 thanks lovies for making such beautiful product.

I immediately ordered a pack after this video! I usually will use an oil balm go remove my makeup but some days I come home so tired and will just a makeup wipe and they irritate and dry my skin out like crazy so I'm so excited to try this product not only for it being less irritating but also for it being sustainable. WOW!!! Whoever came up with this idea deserves a Noble Prize. This has changed my lyf.
