I reckon the beekeeping moto's are - 'The plan is, the plan will change' also 'I should have done this or that'. As with all beekeeping things will change. I think a lot of beekeepers under estimate times for a job to be done, so don't feel alone Mark.

I have a delema can i buy 2lots of bees and one Queen with three stack hive with starter waxed frames and feed them with pollen patties will they stay and thrive as one strong colony str8 away?

They do not flap their wings for hea they disconnect the flight muscle and vibrate their bodies for heat ..

What happens with the bees that aren’t shaken off? Will they just leave the super and fly back home?

Mr bee man I have a delema can i buy 2 lots of bees and one Queen to put in a three stack hive with starter wax strips and feed them with pollen patties will they stay and thrive as one strong colony?

I think swarming is more of a spring/summer activity when the boxes get crowded. The bees probably aren't facing that situation in the fall/winter.
