I am having trouble steering my levy scooter. I can turn it completely to the left. Only partially to the right before it feels like it's pinching into something. Would you happen to know what the issue is?

I was trying to find out if there was a speed limiter too. I see the bike going work mph / 30kph but mine does just 25 . Thanks so much for the video. As mine is identical it’s called a vevobike here in Italy. Do you know if maybe there is a difference?

Hi mate, I removed the battery, removed all the screws and I could not slide the controller unit out of the tube. It sounded like it was being blocked by something solid. Is there a trick to removing it from the steerer tube? Thanks.

Does the Hall wire problem have something to do with "power loss of motor". My X7 shuts the motor completely off; after restarting it it is running for short time normaly and then immediately it shuts off again. Sometimes at full speed it is not possible to reduce the speed with the throttl ( danger ! ). The battery is fully charged and the problem only arises when actually running the scooter. In test-mode ( lifting the front wheel and giving power ) the problem doesn`t happen. I checked the cable-connections of the controller. They seem to be well connected. So I suppose my problem is related with the hall sensor of thumb throttle. / There is 1 cable coming from the controller with red/blue/green/red coloured wires which is not connected at its other end. I don`t know for what it is ! / I hope someone could give me advice ! Thanks in advance !

What kind of problem do you have with your controller ? I am curious because my one may be is faulty too.

@@HM-xn7uy I think my main controller died. I opened it to solder a wire that got desoldered and I shorted something somehow. Now the scooter doesn't turn on anymore. Now, as I am not good at troubleshooting PCBs, I thought I could order it, but unfortunately they don't ship products to the EU from their official site.

@@RedPixels_ Maybe Turboant, which is also a reseller of the HX7 ( Levy 7 ) scooter ships to EU.. Have a look at their website regarding support

I have the same scooter and when I go fast mode the maximum it goes is 12-13. it used to go like 32 or 25 but now its just slow does anyone know???

your battery might have gone into deep discharge and become damaged. did you leave it sitting for a while without charging it every 2 weeks or so?

@@bigboi9856 I never used to take out the battery and I don't charge the battery at all, I only charge from the scooter.

Hold both buttons at the same time, then the up button propably 3 times, then down button once, up button once. Then hold both buttons again.
