Removing The Seats From My Abarth! [Project Biposto]

Seen Through Glass

Күн бұрын

I finally get the ball rolling on 'Project Biposto', my plan to transform a standard Abarth 595 Competizione into an OEM looking, Biposto inspired, track weapon.
Unfortunately with all the restrictions that have been in place since I bought the car, any serious progress with the car has been on hold but I was determined to start the project, so decided to get some work done myself.
In this video, I remove the rear seats of the car and install and Biposto rear seat delete kit.

Well done Sam. I started working on my own cars a few years ago. At first I was really nervous, but started doing simple things in the interior, like changing a radio... Then I tried to change the engine oil, and now, I am no expert by any mean, but I've lost the fear. Also, youtube tutorials help A LOT. Cheers from Spain.

Way to go Sam! One tip for the beginning DIY-er. Grab freezer tape and sandwich bags. Label everything you take out. Keep all the bolts together. Take a photo of all the bits. This may be an obvious statement but someone out there doesn't know that sometimes parts are designed for the left or right side of the car.
