Alloy wheels are notoriously bad at seizing to the hubs, due to the different metals. Applying a smear of copper ease or similar to the hub surface will help reduce the likelihood of this, but beware of getting it on the wheel bolt threads.
I was fortunate and pleasantly surprised as you can see. They were not seized.
