Yes, that's Ren playing piano at the beginning! He also composed the music for piano and strings! He directed the video and produced the music/audio. It was recorded live but it's not quite 1 take. They had to make a single edit, before the water, for obvious reasons. Yet another incredible performance from Ren! Overall, an absolute masterpiece... again! :)

watched a lot of your Ren reactions.. not usually an issue but you have major Audio issues on this one as others have said its clipping and distorted (im on headphones good ones at that ) not only that not so sure you need to worry about the last scene if it breaks guidelines then there is much worse out there which is still on show !

I think he's well known enough now that it doesn't really matter about the algorithms. Look at how many people are creating reaction videos to his content. Although some of the content may be on the edge of community guidelines, he is still speaking the truth and people like that and share what he does. Always enjoy your analogy of his songs.

This is a great react. Ren's new album slaps and I strongly recommend. I'm really interested in what you said about knowing by 30 what your parents are really like. I think for the most part? You're right. But for some? It's not so easy. It depends on programming and how their brain works. I mostly wanna gently remind everyone that no two people have exactly the same series of experiences, that occur in exactly the same ways. I think that's ok too. Often with people in the positions of Jimmy, are very under developed neurologically. It's sad really. The world just makes me sad. It's one of the least viewed cause it literally came out on the 12th of October. It's 4 days old.

I don't know on your assessment about the views. This is already at 1.5 million after 6 days. For reference, Murderer is only at 1.9 million after 2 months. Su!cIde is at 1.9 million after 4 months, and Animal Flow is at 2.2 million after 5 months. So unless the views for this just fall off of a cliff because of the algorithm, this has a chance to at least be his biggest song in the last 6 months. Even if it only gains another 700 thousand views or more. Beyond that is Sick Boi, 8 months ago with 4.5 million views, and Hi Ren 10 months ago with 20 million views. I don't know if it has that kind of steam and I don't think he cares. I don't either. I'm just enjoying watching him push himself as an artist and staying true to his vision. As long as he does that, I'll keep showing up.
