"Murderer" by Ren is a lyrical acrobat stunt executed with top tier charisma! It includes a multitude of references as Ren plays with words and constantly switches flows. This is the exact type of music I grew up listening to so I'm VERY glad Ren has songs like this in his arsenal.

The hook is actually a tribute to Barrington Levy who sang "Murderer" in 2000, a great reagge song 😉 The man who was kidnapped at the end is supposed to be the one who starts Ren's song Animal Flow 😁 and for real, you have to hear the acoustic version of Murderer that Ren did ... Reagge vibes, live performance, just incredible and just wonderful... Totally different mood but awesome 😍 Thanks 😘

This is his apt that he shares with his band mate Romain Axisa abd sometimes Gorran Kendall as well. The three of them perform Bongo Bong on that rooftop. How about doing the acoustic version of Murderer now? It is minute longer, same rap lyrics but whole different vibe. I love the acoustic, but this rather endearing lustening to him flex!❤

But losing it is a gift to everyone else so happy birthday, KV & fellow Renegades lol 😉 TL;DR - love love love LOVE Murderer. Not my FAVE fave, but a goddamn earworm for sure. Check out the live acoustic version before your memory if the studio version fades - it's a work of art. Which version do I prefer? Whichever one I heard last. Acoustic version's THAT good.

The Hunger 2015 Murderer 2023 Apparently he really loves Toblerones Joe Flackers is a mate who does Ren's photo's and got chloroformed in this video kinda He did end up captive in Animal Flow

@@KidVisionReacts oh cool! I loved all the different things he did with it. Not that I'm knowledgeable about reggae - I only know bits and pieces here & there, & I only know about Barrington Levy from Ren using it as a reference to build his hook around - but I love that he leaned harder into Levy's original, in the acoustic version of this. Plus a hundred other things to love about that version!

Murderer was very cool and unexpected when he dropped it. But what Ren song is not unexpected. The acoustic version I find to be just as fun too, given that he is on a bus and playing guitar and singing.

Imagine paying more attention to chat while 'watching' a video for the first time, talking over the lyrics, and questioning the authenticity of the chloroform in the video. Not being negative, those are just observations. Hope that you're able to able to catch a little respite during your time off. I do enjoy a lot of your reactions, but there seems to be an edge of cynicism that is beneath you brother. Be well. With respect.
