I only found Ren a few weeks ago, but I am all in. I’m like that when it comes to an artist who really moves me. Ren definitely does that. His musical ability and his storytelling are, hands down, some of the best I have ever heard (I’m 51 so I’ve heard A LOT of music 😉). Thanks for the reaction. I agree, I have heard this story more than a few times and it always gives me goosebumps. Even when I know the ending. Enjoy your day, and I’ll see you next time. ✌🏻❤️😊🇺🇸

What a gift Ren is to us all. Finally a voice, a mirror reflecting life experiences in part or in whole, that we as human beings have struggled to face alone. It is through Ren, through this shared experience of Ren's making that we know we are far from alone. We are stronger now in these newly found numbers. Remembering who we truly are. @@ExploringTheSmoke Yes, it's a strange and beautiful land I managed to land myself in this time around. It's story runs far deeper and is far more profound than the story told by he. I lived for many years in isles you call home. Walked the streets of London town and breathed the heave of its heartbeat. I used to fear our spiders but overcome it when I learned there were far greater adversaries. Like our government for one 😉

Great reaction. Very honest and sincere. I've had the same exact reaction as you did. It's very emotional and visceral. You want to cry, scream, and stop the violence from happening. I want to change the world and promote empathy. Ren is the perfect person to make the call for change.

Great reaction to this modern day bard showing us his amazing storytelling. He paints such vivid pictures that it gets kinda uncomfortable at times but you still can’t stop watching. Such a genius. Oh and you were probably right in the beginning. Ren is originally from Wales but has been living and busking in Brighton for years, so I imagine that is indeed where the videos are filmed.

He's a world-class lyricist. A poet really. It helps if you listen, otherwise you'll not only miss beautifully crafted lines but also lines that are integral to understanding the story. It's best to pause it (always with a rewind so that you don't miss anything) if you have something to say and listen when he's performing, because his lyrics are nuanced and full of metaphor, simile and wordplay. Plus, his instrumentals are beautifully captivating and his performance skills are out of this world! It's not background music. :)

THIS is the reaction I have scoured the internet looking for. Your emotions were the same as mine. I seen your anger building, your internal need to save violet and if you're anything like me you will still be having the daydream of paying Stevie a little visit and stopping the whole timeline from happening. That's how we know Ren is a genius. We feel for the people who he created in his mind. I believe Ren has somehow in one of his many trips through hell has found the lock that opens every soul on earth. Watch some of the other reactions to this especially cliff beats channel and you’ll see pausing ain’t a big deal it’s actually what most want. I’ve watched this about 20 times and the different ppls reactions is amazing especially the end. A tragically brilliant story

I just stumbled across your page really like what you’re doing Ren is incredible. If you enjoy story telling, thought provoking hip hop you should check out NF. All of his music links with each other and creates what his fan base calls the journey it begins with intro 1. Hope to see take the journey some day

It looks like it was on a door. havent people removed parts of wall for some bansky art. I'm sure ren put that in there as an easter egg. If you watch interviews with Ren, he's very passionate about talking about the hard things no one wants to discuss. He feels we're falling apart as the human species and hurting each other, mostly because people know this kind of stuff happens, that un-aliving ideation and mental health are a thing (Hi Ren/Sick Boi)... but no one will talk about it to fix it.

I want my babies to be aware of what this world is, so they can avoid what they can and try to change something about it. Thank you for your response and your reaction! It was a gem to watch.

This could have been, potentially, one of the best reactions to this song that I've seen, and I've seen literally hundreds, right up tile end, when you just glossed over the twist, by just saying that you got it, instead of actually demonstrating it. As far as I am concerned, if you didn't say it, you didn't get it!
