Can you help me its Show Auto GearBox and im experiencing while driving accelaration didnt went through gear 2 doesnt work and from 80 while running it goes to 17kph only

Done as shown in the video however when I reset the oil warning it comes up 100 miles time 24 months. Tried it 5 times always comes up 100 miles left. Renault Captur 1.5 dci dec 2015. Can you help pleases.
