this video shows how to remove the imobilizer on a Renault Clio 1.2 16v from 2002 with a Magneti Marelli 5nr2.c2 ecu

I've tried that on the same ecu and it didn't work. The car just starts the first time and after that, it doesn't even crank. I suppose you have to cut the immo line and jump the starter relay. I'm gonna check because the iaw 5nrc2.c5 has a different pinout for the immo line and it's easy for immo off.. If you don't cut the immo line, the red light for the immobilizer won't flash if you use the key with the transponder.

Hello and regarding from Sweden! It's possible to swap that chip from one Ecu to another Ecu to could start the car after engine and Ecu swap?

Hi, I've recently had to buy one of those immo off modules cause the original module of my Clio went base. It works, it has the same broken pin as the one that you done in the video. The only that bothers me is that everytime i turn the car on again, if i dont wait the injection light to go off and turn the car on straight away, the injection light remains on all the time and the car behaves strange, like failing sometimes, until I turn it off and wait for a few minutes for the memory to clear itself. Does this happens in this car too? Is there a workaround?

Thanks for watching. It doesnt happen in this car or all the other car i have done so far... it can also be something else other than the ecu...have diagnose it ? It can also be a faulty ecu but it has never happened to me. Good luck

I have two ECU old one and the new one , can I put the eeprom of the old one into the new one ? does it work? without doing immoff

i cant find this part on my Clio its a 2000 model so i suppose it has a different ECU and a different location?

hello my ecu is iaw 5nr2.TI1 i need immo off on ecuvonix database no such ecu but it,s similar with yours ...do you think this solution is also work on my ecu?????/many thanks
