thanks for watching i would clear the fault so that in the future it wont get a miss diagnose because of this code that is from a previous problem. also you should code the injector to the car via diagnostic so it wouldnt really take much to erase the fault. good luck

Hello, my father bought a ford focus mk1 1.8 TDDI less than a week ago, it ran perfectly but now it won't start. The engine cranks but no start. We paid it with our last money and now we're in a very bad situation. The mechanic insists that the pump has failed and needs to be replaced entirely which would cost something like 1500€, and he's saying that we should scrap the car. This is a very lazy mechanic and is very ignorant about electronics, so i want to ask if this could solve the problem? I already got experience with microsoldering because i repair phones and computers so i'm thinking i should try this as a last resort. Do you think this could solve the problem? I just want to help my family

Olá! Muito bom video, que continue a ter sucessos. Segui as instruções, por não ter encontrado com facilidade o flux em estado liquido, usei a pasta, também serve? Mas durante o aquecimento da placa maior, infelizmente toquei-a ligeiramente, ela deslocou e estalou, tentei colocá-la novamente na posição certa e continuei o procedimento. Durante a ligação, o comportamento foi o mesmo, e após alguns minutos notei alguma fumaça. Desconectei a unidade. Creio que tenha queimado algum circuito certo? Valeria tentar novamente?

thanks for watching i m thinking you might have burned that processor (if it cracked), its very important to keep the temperature in check, otherwise this can happen (it has happened to me in the first one i ever tryed to fix one) iam very sorry to read that but i dont thinnk its worth to try again in this board.

apparently it’s not cracked, anyway i can check it again. Pretty sure wasn’t because of high temperature, i was checking all the time and gave space for the board to cool down as you shown. Will keep you posted about this processor, but i think you are right, it could be burned 😂.

Thanks for watching that you are describing is the clutch pack that is gone, you need a new clutch disk fitted just make sure to put the gear box in service mode before removing it from the car. good luck

Thanks for watching if it overheats there might be a short somewhere but if you have bad connections as i show in the video it makes the same symptom, i would re solder the ecu first good luck

@PSICompanyPerformance I will try to add a pc fan, or high rpm server fan because the first day I drove the car, 14 hours was too hot, 38-40'C, second day I drive car 5-6 hours and over heat ECU 🥵 🔥 ☀️ 😀 because I have to stop and wait and there was no wind to cool down the ECU. While I was driving, wind cool down the ECU. After I went home, I cooled down ECU with compressor and engine started to work. At this moment, I don't see reason to repair ECU because it works.

@@lr.1750 the reason is that with temp the solder points they expand and loose contact, have you consider moving the ecu to a cooler place away from the engine? because these cars have this flaw that the ecu is right on top of the engine and things get really hot. I think that actually would solve your problem. good luck

Salut salut bon très belle vidéo mais ça na pas fonctionne pour moi... jai également remplacé les 4 condenseur (2 était hs au multimètre et nickel de visu donc même sil paraissent ok, il peuvent êtres hs.. L'écran s'allume et se coupe aussitôt. Le i drive tourne dans le vide. Pas de son du tout donc j'ai mis un pont optique au modules tel du coffre mai toujours rien. J'arrive juste a communiquer avec le gateway (sur le ccc) avec ista d, jai fait beaucoup de chose mais pour le même résulta donc rien 😅 Lorsque je branche au diag (je possède une alimentation stable Deutronic DBL 1600 qui fait du maintient a 14,8v donc le top pour des reprogrammation modules (ajout d'option etc..) sauf que le ccc est en rouge et pas de communication donc non programmable. En diag pousser avec ista et le module gateway, j'arrive a obtenir la température du processeur (32°C) donc c'est qu'il n'est pas hs selon ma logique... le seul problème c'est la fibre : inopérante... les autre modules type ccc ASK, ccc tel mulf, et un autre mais ils sont tous en rouge (communication impossible) Par contre ma fiche fibre lorsque je la débranche du ccc, j'ai bien mon faisceau rouge qui sort du ccc. Le câble qui se connecte au ccc, lui na pas de lumière. J'ai une coupure plus loin mais ou??? Les autres module most j'ai justement tout contrôler... Sacré question mais si un ingénieur est dans le coin, et qu'il sait ce qu'il se passe, ben un grand merci d'avance! 😂

Dude you saved my life :-). The CCC in my E92 (2006) has the same layout. Before I did a try in the oven with around 150 °C without success, more than 20 °C outside forced the CCC into reboot loop again. Then I just followed your video. I used nearly the same SMD station and infrared thermometer but a different flux, all cheap stuff from Amazon. What can I say... after months and more than 30 °C outside in the last weeks... the CCC is still working perfectly. Great tutorial and video, thanks from Germany!

thanks for watching in order to get the fan wired you need to connect the black wire from the fan to ground on the radio plug and get the yellow wire from the fan to a switched power 12v+ that is switched by the ignition and you can get that wire on the back of the radio aswell. good luck

thats a very good question. i just read the code thats there and then i know thats the code the unit is expecting to receive so i program that but if it fails then you have to read it again and use the new code instead.

Mister, like others here I'd like to thank you for taking the time to make that video. Thank you The first attempt for me was not a success but the second attempt worked!!! Here's what I did : -I used the same flux that you used in the video, ordered on amazon. I believe it's a important point here to remember. -BEFORE heating the board up, I tilted it so I could see the flux entering on one side and coming out on the other. -150 degree C max, constantly monitored with a laser thermometer. - I cleaned the fiber optic the rubbing alcohol, the right connector had glue on it and I could see crap on the lens. The rest is exactly as described in the video ! Thanks again,

thanks for watching remenber the android radio will only replace your screen, you will still need this main unit working because this is the unit that proccess the sound and it communicates with the amp and all other modules in the car, if you have the main unit working then yes it will work great with an android screen. good luck

thanks for watching the way you connect the fan is, you need to get ground from the back of the radio and a feed of 12v also that powers up via the ignition switch meanning that as soon as you put the key in the car it gets power, then just connect ground to the black or brown in the fan and the 12v+ to the yellow or red wire in the fan, there are two speeds you can choose one by choosing red or yellow good luck

@@marvinhuiskes4688 try saving the original dump and then erase the chip before writing to it, also see if its not locked , there should be an icon in your software that says lock or unlock( im not sure because i dont have ezp2019) and make sure you choose the correct eprom from the same brand.- this one is st
