Hi. I've a 2015 Renault Trafic 3,and since the last holiday,my heatermotor also doesn't move anymore on all 4 steps. There are a lots of videos on KZfaq with pulling out the whole Dashboard to replace the heatermotor. But now,i saw your Video here and i thought,...man i must trie this .5 min ago, I have pluged out the connecter of the restistor and then,i spinned the rotor with a long screwdriver. It was'nt very hard to move ,but then, the rotor was easy to spin. Then ,i pulled out the resistor, blowed a little air on it with my air compressor and then,i put everything together. Then, it was the big moment.....Ignition on, heater switch on....,and the heatermotor is already moving.😂. Thank you very very much for this Video. Very helpfull and it saved a lot of Money. Just encountered this problem and after watching your video i had it fixed in minutes, only difference was the black plastic cover with green silicon bits covering the fan blades which just moves out of the way with the use of another screwdriver to slide it downwards just enough to enable you to get to the fan blades to spin them with a second long screwdriver and on doing so there was some debris which fell down from the fan , switched the ignition on and hay presto it worked again, many thanks for posting the video as you explained it perfect and saved me a trip to the garage.

3 mechanics, no clue what's wrong. Came back home. Found your video. 5 minutes with screwdriver and all works fine. Thank you very much for this video.

I've done the same thing but the way I do it to remove the pollen filter and blast pressurised air to spin the fan while the fan is on max and it frees itself up

Same issue on mine. This is very helpful. In your video you can see the blower fan through the plastic cage on mine there is something covering inside the cage like a flap but I can't get round it. It's black and green. Any ideas. Like a sphere

Not a single battery was harmed in this video, nice find n fix but Renault's are prone to electrical faults and gear selector problems. If you do ever get gear selector problems it's the plastic cup at the end of the selector cable, plastic cup and metal ball don't mix well together.

Quick question: 20ah battery taking 12hrs to charge with a 3a charger and the battery is discharging quite quickly, it was fine last week, could it be a faulty BMS? The battery is 3 months old.

Mine has some green silicone cover so I can't access it 🤦🏻‍♂️
