The amount of detail on thIS truck is insane! Congratulations to SCS. Plus version 1.50 lighting system makes the graphics much more realistic!

Since you do not have charging stations yet, why not have it where you can just pull into a station and it will auto fill for you. I think having this truck in the game as an owned truck would do wonders for the game. Thanks for listening.

Tried out the EV truck for a few runs. I like the quick and instantly responsive acceleration, quiet interior, the added weight of the battery pack makes the truck more stable and planted on high-speed turns (so less rollovers like on the other trucks), and because the braking is handled by the motor I don't have to worry about running out of air and immobilizing the truck after heavy brake usage.

I tried it, I really like it, because when a car passes by me, the yellow light flashes on the instrument panel, but I don't dare to rely on the instruments yet! It can only be used in express transport, because it can only be used for short distances, but I am very sorry that it cannot be used as a private truck! It's interesting because it's quiet, and you can only hear the sound of the wheel when it starts!

Are you planning to add a digital cockpit to the combustion version soon?

I sincerely hope E trucks and E cars will be nothing but optional in the future.

How about placing truck chargers at highway gas stations and city garages (repair centers) and making charging impossible at small gas stations?

Au lieu de nous sortir un camion électrique (certes, il est beau et ce serai sympa aussi de mettre le nouveau tableau de bord sur le Renault thermique), il serai interressant de nous sortir les nouveaux Mercedes MP5, iveco S-Way et Volvo FH5, plus de point de personnalisation sur les nouveau DAF XD, XF, XG et XG+ ainsi que sur le nouveau Man ainsi que de nouveau équipement lumineux (led, double ampoule, longue porté, etc)

entered the game, went to sleep to be sure some game time passes, and found a quick job from Nantes to Roscoff with the Truck-E :D It's pretty cool, i like the noise, but it takes some time to adjust (with manual shift and being used with the engine sound to know when to shift). Still, loved the experience and definetly will do some jobs from time to time with it. Thanks SCS, and Renault !

Hi there, downloaded the dlc which installed into the game it said, restarted my pc still the truck is not showing. Am I doing something wrong?

Is the truck automatically set to automatic transmission regardless of your transmission type settings in the options menu? I took one job with the new truck yesterday but couldn't really gain any power unless I moved my shifter to the 6th gear position. Also I believe it was a little premature to release this particular vehicle when the infrastructure just isn't available in the game at the moment to support it's use. I honestly would have delayed the truck's release until the necessary electric charger assets have been introduced into the game environment first. A workaround for this would simply be to edit the route advisor refueling display screen to show a charging status bar or something in much the way how the regular gasoline powered trucks display a Guage showing the player how much fuel and the cost they've added to their vehicle's fuel tank during refueling. Another option would be a cut scene similar to what we have when loading cargo into ownable trailers in the cargo market jobs. It's going to take ages for SCS software to go through the entire game map to upgrade every single fuel station with the electric charging stations necessary for these trucks to function especially given how many DLC maps are already available in the current game. One more issue I personally have is with the GPS navigation. Please bring back the full width red line on the satellite navigation display that the game originally featured in it's early years. The line is so narrow with the current configuration that with my bad eyesight I can barely see it even with my glasses on. It's even more difficult to use because the FOV in the in dash GPS display on most if not all of the trucks is difficult to see when adjusted to the largest size. By using the largest size I can see the line a little bit better but cannot see the line farther ahead resulting in missing exits because by the time the exit becomes visible in the display I've already gone past it which means I have to double back or reset to the nearest repair shop in order to reset the GPS.

Will we get hydrogen powered trucks?

If it was really 100% electric you wouldn't need to recharge it, it would recharge itself, the only 100% electric car is a gasoline car because if you remove the battery it won't start

SCS Software I think I've come up with a smart-genius event for you and the players:drive-in cinemas 🤔pass, it is necessary to take with you a load of information (film cassettes) for the projector that will show the film, and bring it to the point where the drive-in cinema zone will be located,but the site must be made large and with markings,you can test it in American Truck Simulator there is a lot of space where it can be built and then ETS will be possible,the reward is to come up with something interesting in the interior of the salon and the style outside,and such events will be possible to do more often because there are many, many films😉I think it will attract new players to the game because every such event will be a new movie and most importantly, don't forget to make the sound as good as in the yard,love you SCS Software 👍and don't forget to set a timer for when the movie starts streaming

Electric trucks are useless...you need more than 300 bhp to haul trailers..

Elektrische LKWs sind genauso unnütz, wie elektrische Auto's, wenn man keine ausreichende Ladeinfrastruktur hat... Was mich im Spiel wundert ist, warum hat der LKW Gänge?? Er müsste von Haus aus eine automatische Gangschaltung haben, egal was man im Spiel ausgewählt hat. Ich kenne eigentlich nur elektrische Fahrzeuge mit automatik. Das Fahrzeug funktioniert halt anders....
