Thank you for this video Reneé. I feel it is so important to take time in the way you are doing to just reflect on life and who you are. I think losing someone often brings us into that space. I really love what you say about becoming aware of how you treat others and how you love others. As you mention, finding contentment in oneself is probably the first step to learning how to really love and give to the rest of the world.

I have enjoyed your videos and am amazed at your God given talents. I am a 55 year old man who started playing the Ukulele just over a year ago following my wife Karen’s battle with cancer. 35 years ago, my wife had won a trip to Hawaii which she gave to her mother. She was sad that she wasn’t going too so I promised her that one day I would sing her song on a sandy beach in Hawaii. Fast forwarding, we never took that trip and then cancer happened. God blessed us in so many ways during this time that I could go on all day. So, after cancer, I bought an ukulele and began to teach myself to play and we scheduled a trip to Hawaii which was supposed to happen this past June. We connected with a Christian Church in Honolulu and planned to make visits to share music and bracelets (we’ve made over 500) with children at the Shriners and with women and children in the shelters. Due to Covid, we have rescheduled our trip for next year, in June of 2021. I pray that God will let it happen. Sooooo, with all that said. I love that you mentioned Jesus and put scripture in your video. Your videos have been an inspiration to me and I know that God has great plans for you. Continue to seek His guidance and never, ever, ever, take your eyes off of Him. I will pray that you find the peace that you are looking for. Continue your music, continue to love others and yourself and as long as you allow Him, God will take care of the rest. You are a beautiful soul, go with that.
