Super excited for this build! The starter house can not be sold even if you change your office. I spent well over $300k on my starter house in hopes to flip it for quick cash before I realized its not sellable at any point (so far anyway), and had to redo a bunch of jobs to get some cash again. That is another thing to keep in mind, that you can redo the jobs and get paid again (or get 100% completion if you missed it the first time). Side note about the collectables: There are 9 in total in the different jobs, and the only thing that you get for collecting them all (aside from the game achievement) is that you have all 9 to use as decorations in your houses. Loved the video! Sadly I also tried to sell the parents house, had moved the home office but no dice. The game tells you your parents still technically own the house. As for a room in the new house, I always love a good library with some cozie armchairs!

i think the reason you cant sell the parents house is because its your main house?? i know that was a thing in the first game so try moving your laptop to another house and see if that works

in sandbox mode they have the triangle pieces for under stairs n things it makes the game more enjoyable
