For the foundations you use a underslab vapor barrier over the sand or gravel, sand is used in dryer climates, gravel is used in moister to medium weather environments. Here we have to use 2 types of gravel a medium and a small pea gravel so they can interlock and create a high sink resistance. Where I live, we have a lot of sandy soil. I used to work construction.

If you take boxes to the trash you get 20$ per box, if you compact the trash you get 60$ per compacted box. So it's worth your time to compact it. Hope this helps.

I’m late to this game but loving it, minus the bugs. I named my hotel The Fontana and based the lobby in faux stone greys and blues. Decided to treat it like a boutique hotel, where every room is unique and offers something for everyone. It’s pretty clean, yet fun.

You will need the fuel station to fill the generator. You order the fuel and its delivered. The hose will stretch across to fill the generator up, but remember you need to still have power to run the fuel pump. I'm enjoying watching your play through.

been watching your streams, i play the game myself, you mentioned, that someone had mentioned multiplayer, i see why its needed, i can be done solo but takes a lil longer, the build missions are crazy, i took a contract to build a single story, from start to finish, 60m x90m from start to finish, took almost 5 plus hours of constant gameplay, 4 rooms, and then design it, contract was for 45k, wound up making 78k from it, so yeah its very time consuming when your on your own, if you decide to explore multiplayer id be glad to join yeah, and if youd like you could join mine as well. if not thats fine, i would like to find a few more to join mine.

You have to buy the storage to be able to buy land and make houses from jobs .Tip take the trash bags and place it on your car to save space .tip 2 the reset button in the shops are important to make sure it is there if it doesn't show what you need it is not in the shop ,and the thing at the back of the one shop is when you do deliveries. What bothers me personally, you will need those flowers and you are leaving them all behind... You also need the fishing net thing to gat fish eggs (water life collector)

- There's a fish egg recipe in the incubator. You will eventually be able to collect fish eggs and other stuff from the water. - The escape rocket/platform won't unlock until the end. - Drones will pick up food and algae. - There are unique butterflies found in different regions. A good way to find these rarer larvae is to build a grid and put up an auto crafter. You can't do anything with it, but it will show you what larvae are immediately around. Just walk around a few times and they should spawn in. Leave it up and come back periodically to see what you get. A good place to do this is the Lost Paradise where you found the golden butterflies.

Hi! The shopping list you see on the missions tab on the tablet are the things client asked you to do and you can see them on the top left corner once you’re inside the house. Sometimes it doesn’t show anything because you are not in the room the client asked you to do stuff in. It says there is nothing to do here: Check these rooms. The part below that called Design Point (Optional) is not what the client specifically asked of you and is not on the shopping list since it only shows which rooms need what type of objects in general and that’s why that design point part always has something missing on it. You can of course buy the missing stuff and place them in the house and the client will be extra happy that you did those without the client asking but they are optional. I hope this prevents future confusions 😅. This series is great keep it going 🙌🏻
