Every day I get so many emails and comments asking why you can’t locate the music I use or find it using Shazam. I purchase music licenses for almost all the music you hear in my videos. I buy them them from various royalty-free production music sites and most of the time they don’t list the performer because it’s music made only for film productions with an audio watermark throughout the entire track, unless you purchase the single-use license for $50-100 per track. I use a lot of opera so often I’ll reference the opera but I won’t be able to direct you to a recording of that specific performance that you could stream or buy on iTunes or Spotify. Hope that clears things up and thank you for appreciating quality music.
Please don't follow me on Facebook as that person is not me - they have stolen my identity for the past few years. 🎉🎉Congratulations to you & Guido and the babies Grand Parents. 🍼🐣💙🎉 Kylie take a look at this yt vid as to what happened in China for the mother after birth. Very interesting how different customs/countries help the mother heal after giving birth. see yt vid titled: I Tried Chinese Confinement After Giving Birth on you tube channel: Taylor R I would recommend that you take a vitamin & mineral deficiency test right away so you know what you are deficient in and dont end up with the baby blues. Take care. 🇮🇹💚 ps your parents are AMAZING!!!! 🥂🍾

My biggest piece of advice for times when baby cries for long periods is to swaddle them a bit firmer than you’d think. Like a burrito. It makes them feel snug like in the womb. My baby boys immediately calmed ❤️

My grandson was like this and my daughter was breast-feeding and she found out it was garlic that was giving him colic. Everything you eat and drink because your breast-feeding will affect the baby her naturopathic doctor told her. That’s might be something you can look at. Eating onions or garlic and spicy food is not good for babies when breast feeding. After she stopped after a week or so the colic started to lesson quite a lot. I hope this helps you and your baby. He is so beautiful. So happy to see you are both doing well. Your place is coming along lovely. Thank goodness for your loving and caring parents. God bless you all.

Also, not sure if this would help you, but white noise (blow dryer, vacuum, or simply a video on KZfaq) also helped us tremendously. White noise replicates the noise they hear in the womb and calms them. Good luck! You’re doing great mama! ❤

My son had colic and screamed for hours on end. Then, just as the doctor predicted, at 3 months it stopped. I tried all the things you're told to do, i.e the hot water bottle, the chamomile teas, cutting out dairy, but the thing which helped the most was bundling him really tightly in a blanket and keeping his room dim and quiet or just with a background noise like a fan. I've read lots about it since then, and most experts think it's an underdeveloped nervous system, which is why less talking, not too much light and the tight wrappings help. They shouldn't be overstimulated. I wish I had known more at the time.

@@meganblasco2 Yes, yes, yes - anything too spicy or gassy goes straight to the baby's brand new digestive system. This means no cauliflower, broccoli, onion, garlic, shallot, cabbage or brussel sprouts, even beans. Kylie cooks with onion, garlic, likes legumes - the baby could be reacting to all of these. So, to avoid this vicious cycle, with continuous feedings, which could then be setting off the gas all over again, she should definitely go on a more bland diet. Not terribly delicious, but more accepting to the little baby. There's a direct connection between the feeding, the gas, and the colic. I hope she forgets her flavorful meals for a while, it's a shame, but that's the way it is. My midwife gave me that advice, not the obstetrician, nor the pediatrician. No gassy foods.

Kylie, you’ve still got a few months before he sleeps through the night, all of us who have been through it are sending best wishes and support! It’s a difficult time for you, but baby’s tummies are so small, maybe the size of a ping pong ball at this time, so they need to be fed pretty frequently. The first 4 months are often the most difficult, things usually start to settle after 4 months. Make sure you’re taking in enough calories, and drink enough fluids. Your baby might be going through a growth spurt, so during those times , he’ll be nursing a lot! As long as the baby is growing and gaining weight, the reflux shouldn’t be a long term problem and should resolve itself. Perhaps keeping the baby in a somewhat upright position when feeding and even having the mattress of the bassinet slightly tilted so baby isn’t lying completely flat on his back can help. You look amazing even when sleep deprived, hang in there, things will get easier.

What a treat to see you with your son! No need to feel you must keep us filled in all the time Kylie as it is most important to develop your rest and daytime ritual patterns both for you and the baby. As a homeopathic RN and someone who has done cranial sacral technique I have found over the years that both these methods work wonders for the colicky baby. Suggest finding someone who can work with you and your baby to relieve these stresses for you both and reestablish the proper rhythm yet again so that it will end these distresses immediately. Yes, trying to cut out the dairy is important as well plus all those triggers which a baby’s digestion cannot handle yet….garlic, onions, beans, lentils, spices of any kind…..choose the nutritious broths, fish, avocados, real butter, electrolytes in lemon water, homemade soups with broth and no pulses, coconut milk and oil, olive oil so soothing, fresh farm eggs (duck eggs even better!). Absolutely the burping and not feeding again until those bubbles come up….and best of all massaging that wonderful baby to help direct the flow around the abdomen and out as the trapped gas releases. Another hint is that the gas will get trapped up into and under the shoulder blades which sends the babe into screaming…..a gentle massage there will help! You will be amazed! The cranial bones need only a slight adjustment and many times comes from the birth experiencing a slight shift of those bones. When you are able to start again on milk, choose from a local farmer who can provide the best Jersey cows fresh from their herds….it has all the proper enzymes and fats for your own milk production straight to that adorable bundle in your arms…..and you are wise to wait on that for yourself until the babe can get sorted out with the homeopathic remedies and some cranial-sacral gentle technique. Ask around for the wise women in the community for the best homeopathic person as well as a masseuse to teach you how to massage the baby. It is such a life-long skill which establishes the most amazing bond and balancing start for growth and development. I massaged my babies every day for at least two years just as part of the morning ritual……singing and playing with hands and feet along the way. The babe loves to hear your voice which is a great comfort to them and the gentle rocking motion will emulate the proper cranial rhythm which calms & puts the baby to sleep immediately. Bless all in your family for taking great care. ❤

Hiya Kylie, a medical professional told me that as my son was born by C section, he could be more prone to digestive issues until his system matures , as he hadnt gone through the birth canal. It only took a few months but felt like a lifetime. Don't beat yourself up, lots of us go through this with our newborns. Please take care of yourself, it gets easier every day honestly and it's all so new for the three of you.

So happy for you that everything is ok now, and your both home safe, happy and tranquil. Isn't it the utmost surreal feeling of being able to feed, love and connect with your baby by nursing? Reminding me of the best days and nights of my life, even now how I felt my whole world changed and my my thinking of it in the first moment I nursed my son. I so love your nursery, even though it will seem after a while the whole home becomes a nursery. The colic would be from two reasons, whatever the mom has, the baby has, so no cow milk. This helped me as well, I had the same issue. Also whatever the hospital gave you would be going into your son's system, which may take time to get out of both of your systems. I refused anything extra, different situation though, I dropped my boiling tea on myself and was told if they gave me any medication I should stop breastfeeding as all medications goes to your baby. I just suffered through it even though I was in great pain of 3rd degree burns. Ahh what we do for our children but I wouldn't do it any other way. Great mother's make great men. :)

A baby chiropractor helped both of our children. One had very strong reflux and I nursed constantly to keep up and they needed a couple gentle spine adjustments along the stomach points (she used two fingers along the spine) and the other had a neck spasm on one side. The birth canal is a tight journey. Many blessings to your new family.

This baby was C section, no tight birth canal, but also results in less resilience as they aren't exposed to the same surge of good bacteria during delivery. It's fantastic you got the help you did, but I'd not trust a chiropractor with my new born unless they were close family, too many quacks and too much at stake. You're lucky you had a good practitioner.

Hi, from Spain. My name is Carolina. My son cried when I ate certain things such as onions or walnuts. He was also very uneasy from seven to nine p. m. My husband got home at nine and he wanted to give him a bath and spend some time with him, but we noticed that he was much better if I gave him a bath at seven. Massaging his stomach also helped a lot. He was very sensitive. He didn't like noise or loud music, strong wind or rain. But he enjoyed opera. Routine helped a lot, but a day without routine was always a challenge. My second son was completly different. Obserb yours and see what works with him. You never know. I hope he gets better. You seem a wonderful person and mother.

Your a wonderful mother. In Germany it’s very common for the baby to co sleep in a baby bassinet that is attached next to ur bed and is open. Eg BabyBay. Most of us mothers over here, at least the ones I know, let their baby’s sleep with them in bed between us and the bassinet. Later on u could also attach a safety fence that can be attached to ur bed. If u put the bed cover only over ur legs and put on something warm ur baby is safe. It also makes breast feeding so much easier. U can do so while lying down and u and ur baby can fall asleep while doing so. Women have done so for centuries. This natural way of co sleeping and breast feeding will bring u so much peace. And ur baby will feel so safe. Most baby’s are scared on their own. I shouldn’t put ur baby in a different room. Most experts recommend to let ur baby sleep in ur room for the first year. Ur baby will feel safer. It also helps if the baby can here u sleeping with baby loss… If ur husband can’t sleep, he should be the one going to a different room ;)

Hello from Florida, USA! You seem so much better since the last video & look so calm & happy. The baby is beautiful! Bravo! Looks like things are coming along nicely there. Take your time to heal, it gets easier, I promise! I have a big boy, nursing every 2 hours also. When he was 5 months old I was pregnant already with my daughter! They are such a blessing, and it's so wonderful to have parents around to help! God bless you my dear, take good care💕😊

You are doing so well. Good work momma! I am happy to hear your parents are there and it warmed my heart to hear you speak of how lovely your mom is helping and being a genuine support to you. This is so important. Our daughter who is twenty now had colic and reflux and cried in the evenings for 3 hours for her first 3 months. My husband's grandfather gave us an article from the newspaper called "The five S's" for infants- Swaddling, Shushing, Swaying and Sucking. Doing all of these together helped our Anna tremendously. She did not want a pacifier any other time but when we did this to soothe her in the evenings. White noise helped calm her as well or the exhaust fan in the kitchen or bathroom. I have heard that 1 drop of Roman Chamomile, lavender, and geranium eo with 2TBSP almond or olive oil over the stomach and back helps fussiness and prolonged crying as well. I hope this helps. Thank you for the recipe and new video. So happy for you and Guido!

Next time you see your doctor , please ask them for an iron transfusion/IV . It’s normal to have developed anemia after such a triai Maria event and the tiredness is often a side of it. Just a friendly advice :). It’s so nice to see you and the baby and glimpses of the nursery.

My first baby had colic and then magically it disappeared and it was all giggles. 3 months of constant crying really took its toll. Face down over the knees with soft pats helped a little. You are doing a wonderful job Mumma ❤

I'll chime in that when my babies fussed through the night they always inevitably had a sensitivity to my drinking milk. I know there can be lots of reasons for babies to cry but for my babies it always made a dramatic difference! Glad you are on the mend. I relate to getting back to the cooking rythym being grounding! 😄

i don't know of you had this but it's quite common to have sleepless nights when we get heavily pregnant, waking up at 3am etc... they say it's the body's way of getting us prepared for the newborn phase. good luck with everything... my brother had 8 kids... when he saw me with a newborn and his daughter (10yrs) held her he told me something I'll never forget and is so true... "one day you wake up and your baby is 10yrs old and you don't know how it happened"... it's so true. now my daughter is 10, she has the same size feet as me, she's almost my height, she plays guitar and is better at maths than me. it's amazing really. every year is just another xmas, and summer and it flies by. x

Nice to see you back Kylie! If you have not heard of baby Beethoven, you should definitely purchase the CDs for the baby. They are wonderful! Very soothing also, it sounds like he may be slightly colicky and I had a son who was colicky and I bought a baby hot water bottle and wrapped him with it on his abdomen and it seemed to help a lot. Glad you are adhering to your physicians medical advice; a cesarean is a major operation and your body needs time to heal. Best to all three of you!

Thank you. I didn’t even know baby size hot water bottles existed! Great advice. Fortunately, I had a natural birth without an epidural and no caesarean but I had a severe haemorrhage afterwards when birthing the placenta so I’m still recovering from that part. Thank you for your advice, Louise.

My youngest boy had colic...it is very challenging and i certainly had times that I felt like a total failure...but, as with anything, it does get better and i did learn to do some gentle exercises for him...bringing his bent legs up to his chest seemed to be the most comforting to him. I did end up having to get some medication for him, and it worked, thank goodness. You look beautiful btw, and please continue to take care of yourself so that you can heal properly.

Hi Kylie, I wish we knew before our son, now 17 months, was born that new borns have so much to process come the evening, that they cry as a way of processing everything new that’s stimulated them during the day. It’s completely normal, seldom health related such as tummy ache. All you can do is be there for him and comfort him. It will get worse before it gets better. You’ll do it!

Madonna and child, you are. My middle son had colic, swaddling and movement such as walking holding him helped, and 4 months was the magic number, when it just went away, as other mamas had said it would. Thank you for beautiful, relaxing, heart warming content. 🌻❤️

My first time at nursing was - becare what you eat - it goes through your milk and the lil one he'll consume and a lot of things can cause gas in their little systems - they are not use to it. Colic is rough and they can cry and cry - drawing up their little legs because it hurts. I was did not eat chocolate in any form, any foods that cause gas in you will definitely cause gas in a nursing baby - It is all a learning process with your baby and you. I do know regular milk and any dairy products be careful with. You are looking good - loved the picture of the baby's bassinet is beautiful. We all know you have your hands full right now getting used to being a mother with a child that needs you - remember, your are not going to spoil him by snuggling him a lot - as he gets older yeah maybe but not now. Now your body has to heal - so happy to see you. You are filming beautifully - Sony doing it's job. Love and so happy your parents are there to help you - Take care - Love to you Many Blessings - mla

My daughter was colicky and it was really rough to hear her constantly crying but not being able to help in a meaningful way other than to hold her. I pray your little one is able to calm and rest so you can get some rest, too. Just remember when you're worn out and he's fussy, that stage will pass (probably sooner than you think, in the moment it feels like it might never end) and you'll all be having happier days. 😊
