I've been eating raw fruits and veggies my entire life with no adverse health effects. My daily intake of salt, fat and sugar is low, and my intake of salt and sugar is especially low. @@Jay37_techI reversed my heart condition. Didn’t need science or research. I just chose foods that grow naturally and are alkaline, non-hybrid foods. Doctors don’t learn about nutrition. I taught myself based on the people who had proof they healed people. And I didn’t follow them fully, but ate what people in my tropical culture eat. My doctors weren’t happy, but I was able to flip them off when all was said and done.

Unfortunately many people are to blind and ignorant to see the truth. Like all the ignorant people who are posting negative comments here and are so blind that think the truth is nonsense. If everything was nonsense how on earth I was able to reverse all my health issues that doctors said I would continue to have for the rest of my life, and also said I would continue to take meds for the rest of my life. Biggest lie ever!! I not only was able to reverse all my health issues with a WFBP diet but also lost 70 pounds, got rid of all my medications and feel better than in my 20’s and I’m almost 50, and people think I’m in my 30’s.. take that for nonsense people. The truth is right on front of your eyes but food addiction is so real they can’t see the truth. Just keep eating the way you’re eating.. I know I’m never going back to my old ways of eating! 🌱

Am born and bred SDA and was a vegetarian for 14 and half years but was never in good health- being blessed with enough resources I had all the vegetables and fruits I needed, jogged 10km drank plenty of water but I was the only one sick in my family. My husband and children were in good health but had issues of very excruciating shoulder pains, shortness of breath suffered terrible menopause symptoms; all that disappeared when I changed my diet to meat eating- eating grass fed red meat and with zero processed meat and no gluten; my cholesterol levels are better than when I was vegetarian and yet I eat eggs every day which I never did when I was vegetarian since growing up as an SDA we were told to not eat more than 2 eggs a week. I love beans and legumes but each time I eat them my shoulder pains return- so now I stay away from a lot of grains except millet and nuts. Red meat heals me; my triglycerides, glucose levels and blood pressure amazing. Turning 60 now and all my markers are very good. My memory has improved since I started haven’t lots of healthy fats like avos, eggs and butter. I believe there is no such thing as perfect diet for everyone- each individual should eat what heals them- however processed foods are bad for everyone. I believe it’s about a lot of carbs and making sure you are metabolic healthy and in particular your glucose levels must be in acceptable range.

I don’t think I should have been alive if I was still eating those things. After realising that I need to be obedient I asked God to help me to not eat all the things He doesn’t want me to eat and the following day I found myself having negative reaction towards them. We're omnivores. Our prehistoric ancestors were opportunistic feeders, they scavenged animal carcasses from other predators long before hunting for themselves. Going full-on carnivore or plant-based is a 1st world privilege. We should be grateful we live in a time and society where we can make the choice, but let's not force our choice on other people. Plant-based with minimal animal products (occasional eggs or fish) is probably the best in terms of how we've evolved.

I'm vegan, and I agree with everything said here, with one caveat.... The idea that humans are meant to be 100% vegan is false. Chimpanzees, our closest primate cousins, eat 5% animal products, according to Jane Goodall, mostly insects and termites, but also eggs and even wild pigs and monkeys. I believe they do this for long chain omega-3s (DHAs) and other nutrients that are hard to find on a vegan diet, including B12, K2, D3, etc. The same is true for us when we eat 100% vegan. We need to supplement for these missing nutrients, because we're only meant to be around 95% vegan.

The most important nutrient that vegans lack is not B12 (though very important), but omega-3 fatty acids. Our brains are literally made of these fatty acids, and without them, our brains begin to atrophy. Also, vegans believe they can get these (convert these) from chia, hemp, walnuts, flax, etc. Some people can, but many cannot. To be safe, I would supplement with a good vegan omega-3 source. Of course, you could also eat sardines on your salad every day, but being vegan, you will need to do this in pill form instead. See Dr. Klaper and Dr. Joel Fuhrman's videos on omega-3 deficiencies in vegans. Very enlightening.

This is very informative. Thank you. I was B-12 deficient on a meat based diet, so supplements were already art of the equation for me.

The key is getting off the processed food. You can have meat and be just as if not more healthy. To be Vegan or not isn't productive it's about the processed foods and not eating them.
@Tiger_Trades21
@Tiger_Trades21 Күн бұрын
Though I totally respect what this doctor teaches and agree with him that processed fiod is totally awful for us. I can't ignore the fact that we are omnivores and our ancient ancestors survived for tens of thousands of years eating meat, roots, plants and nuts. There is plenty of evidence that show the benefits of grass fed meat. I think a lot of the disparity between people who have different results to a meat based diet and plant based has to do with the lineage of their blood line and DNA.

She was simply Bored with her Life to absolutely speak like that. She has not even tried to educate herself. I'm fair ,hell I'm a meat eater who loves vegan meals. I agree something has to change within myself to be healthy. I'll educate myself through conversations that gives me proof then, A speaker yelling because they disagree.

Veganism is NOT a diet. There is NO SUCH thing as a "vegan diet", because veganism is purely a moral stance against the undue use and abuse of animals in any way, such as parading them in a circus or zoological park, stealing their milk or eggs, and of course, needlessly slaughtering them and feeding on their bloody carcasses. Therefore, if you equate veganism with a DIET, then you have absolutely no idea of what you speak!

Sadly she has built her career on insulting and shouting baseless accusations. Facts are boring, so she makes things up that will stir controversy. Much like a child who will scream and tantrum because negative attention is still attention.

You say what you want depending on your agenda and funding all of you. We are omnivores and our bodies and digestive systems are designed to process animal fats and proteins as well as plants, end of. Now your conscience may feel different but thats your thoughts and feelings and you are free to live by them as am i.

What about blood type diet, our blood make us different with our digestive system. Is it all about the stomach juices that break down our food, O blood has high stomach acid and digest meat easy and type A blood has low stomach acid and has a hard time digesting meat, type O has thin blood and type A blood has a thicker blood to start with. So is our food the maker or breaker to our health. Is meat good for some and not so much for others. AB and B blood are in the center somewhere between A and O with the food that is good for them. Looking for answers, Is this why all diets dont work for all people, the diet is the same but the blood is different and we get different results in people, it seems some do great, some do ok and others do horrible on the same food [diet], why is that? The blood is the only thing that is different. Our bodies are intelligent and self healing if we feed it what it needs and not what we won’t

All of these doctors know very little of anything nutrition related! They polarize people to the extreme.. And they love the attention and these channels do exactly that. You have healthy people doing greatly different things. Today is plants. Maybe we should start to eat trees leaves like the elephants.
