The points are so 💯 I didn't even do this much but luckily got a good one, I struggled mobile phone connection had to eventually switch,also struggled blocked kitchen sink that has frustrated me too. So I agree with everything said. Thanks for sharing Tgjonah.🙏

Very very useful tips and definitely relevant in Canada too. I wish someone told me this b4 I got my first apartment. Another thing is that, as new immigrants, we search for apartments from a desperation POV, we just accept what we get unfortunately

Electric heater and Gas heater which one is MORE AFFORDABLE?

Gas heaters are cheaper in the long run if you’re warming the entire house . I have small electric heaters which I use only in specific places where we are occupying at a particular time as it get hot quicker
