Both are nice...I think I'd go for the first apartment... Katya is VERY good at her profession...The touches really make the places shine... Prices are unbelievable compared to Dubai! I need to relocate soon! Thanks...Another "hit it out of the ballpark" episode! 🙏🙏🙏 👍😎👍

Hi Jason, I must say this video highly peaked my interest. I’ve often thought, how nice would it be if there was a condo property that had the stores on site. For my situation this would be a huge game changer for me. The convenience of having not one but two convenience stores on site would be wonderful. This might be my number 2 option in the future. Thank you for showcasing this property. I think it’s priced well, nice location and perfect for my needs. Great job mate, you always bring us great content!

Laguna one much better plus i liked the shops and restaurants underneath, i love where i am Dusit 11, but that’s better still, just not ‘similar’ size as you said in the Rivera❤

Katya did a good job in the Riviera, their rental units are usually a bit grim after walking through the rest of the building.

Must important in places like Pattaya Hua hin Phuket etc where there are many expats concentrated. NEVER EVER show how much money u have with expensive condos and visible expensive lifestyle. Those places are a magnet for so many lowlife guys from the west ..or just broke guys that are desperate.
