Let's dispel some myths about Bowman. He did not pull a fire alarm at the Capitol. It was in a building across the street from the Capitol. It wasn't to delay anything. It was because he was locked inside the building and couldn't get out and thought the alarm would open the door. This is all on camera. The police questioned him and let him go. There was no dishonesty or anything corrupt about it. It was ultimately inconsequential.
