Hello, folks. We're killing time while barbequing at my baby's house in Martinez.
Meet Charlie, the mutt face dog, or as he's called him when he boo-boos, Mr. Peabuddy; He thinks I'm his clean-up boy, Sherman.
A big oops, I forgot when using an iPhone to explain to my baby, to film sideways instead of vertically. My bad.

Howdy Lee, thank you, Charlie, the mutt-face dog, cracks me up, too, most of the time. Especially when he knows just a few more feet, he can go through his own personal doggie door and be in a humongous yard where he is free to do his business, but oh no, he sometimes can't take a chance and gets his paws cold. 🐕

Hey I learned from this cool guy on KZfaq that you hydrate your concrete before applying another coat! Guess you don't need to for little jobs. Also want to thank you for your knowledge. I'm almost done with the stucco on inside of our Perfect Block house. It's almost as easy as you make it look. Until a chunk falls on the floor;) Thanks again for sharing your skills.

Crazy Dog, loves plastic pigs with squeakers. Or anything that squeaks, He'll grab the toy and immediately run and chew the squeaker out like it's his destiny. 🐕

Charlie, the mutt-faced dog, is kinda, usually, in a good way. He boo boos every once in a while as he gets lazy unless there is a toy with a squeaker, then he's full of energy.🐈⬛

Hello Kirk! I’ve enjoyed your videos so much. I am just now wanting to start lime washing brick. This potential customer wants the brick mortar lines filled before lime washing. What is the best thing to fill the voids with so I can come right behind next day with lime wash? I am very interested in lime washing inside and outside walls

Great video Kirk. I have cracks in the concrete in my garage and I was wondering what I was ever going to do with them. BTW, Boston Terriers have a LOT of energy! They have more gas in them than any Shepherd or bird dog breed!

This stuff bonds great. I have a few spots om the cement block of my house. All you can see is about a foot above ground and 95 % of it is solid. I want to use this stuff, is there any need to put a bonding agent on? After I fix it and scrape it I'm unsure of what to use as far as paint, any recommendations? I thought of using a masonary paint.

Howdy Al Dude, what you do is clean the area very well, get it moist with dog pee or water, then apply. 👨🏻🔬

Morning Dosio, the two are almost the same, Concrete is cement with rocks, and stucco is cement with sand. 👨🏻🔬

Do you ever work with Total Wall? any advice on a freestyle or "stomp" pattern?

Howdy, Solmon Dude, Total Wall, Stow, and the other styrofoam companies are spin-offs from the original or first styrofoam and stucco system called Dry-Vit, which began in the USA around 1970. When I started in the trade. I was part of that team; we did hospitals and schools; Yea, I had my share of these stucco systems. Sorry, no advice as I haven't worked with Totalt-Wall. 🤔

@@StuccoPlastering working in the trade stucco trade. Mason by first profession. I have really only worked with the above mentioned three products. Only done a stomp pattern a couple times though. 🤨 Just looking for any advice. Thank you!

Hi Kirk I tried that product on some cracks in my garage floor and the product dries such that it's an obvious repair. The cracks are still visible, in fact where i filled them it appears the product shrinks when it dries. How do you get it to dry level with the surrounding concrete? Also the floor has a smooth finish, is it possible to somehow smooth the repair areas in such a way so they match? I did try smoothing with a sponge and water. Dried the repair areas are rough and brittle.

Hi Mike, it's good, but if used really thick all of these products can shrink. You just add more if this happens. Feathing it takes practice with a sponge and water.

Clean those cracks and holes first, then wet before pushing the patch mater in, eh?

Dogs pee because (this is epic, hang on) because they have too. If you don't take them out often enough, they will pee inside.

I'm so glad you gave the dog a meatball... You can hurt that dog's neck real bad doing that... The vet told me... Eating is serious business with dogs... The vet says do not throw food for your dog to catch in its mouth... It can damaged its neck... And have problems when it gets old . She said a dog had a chicken bone stuck in the roof of its mouth and punctured the tissue they clamped down real hard real quick.. just saying.. thanks for the lesson with floor patch...
