Доброго времени суток тем, кто читает этот коммент. Хотелось бы оставить отзыв об авторе данного канала. В моём случае-положительный! Обратился к Сергею за помощью, написал на почту, после недолгой переписки, Сергей попросил отправить блок управления ему для ремонта. Два дня работы, и блок был готов и выслан мне обратно, после чего его установили на автомобиль и о проблеме я забыл! Сергею выражаю огромную благодарность за профессионализм. Адекватные цены и на связи с клиентом. А для тех, кому интересно и кто дочитал до конца, проблема была такая. Автобиль Skoda Octavia a7 2014г DSG, при нагреве вылетала передача в нейтраль, а если автомобиль глушишь, то пока не остынет, не заводится.

Firstly great informations, congratulations... What can cause lost communication with TCM when it's hot? When car is cold everything is ok , when it become hot while working,losts communication with ECM.

Thank you. Error p173a is due to a malfunction of the plug magnet or a malfunction inside the electronic unit. In the next week I will post a video on errors p173a,p173b,p173c, p173d

Hi thanks for great video. on one dq200 that im playing with, i get all voltages according to the video, except for 3.3 v on the top . i also get 6.2 v instead of 7.7v next to where there is no 3.3. would the sensor cause this no voltage or the board needs some soldering

Good afternoon! Unfortunately, the video contains a little outdated data. 7.7 volts was in my case when there was a power cut to the sensor. It should be 6.2 volts like yours. 3.3 volts can also be, since this output is the direction of rotation of the sensor .It is either 0 or 3.3 is not an error.

@@scat-7842 Thank you for the reply. So if all voltages are correct as per your video, and instead of 3.3, on that top solder point, it shows 0, then what else can i look for. According to transmission shop, they changed this plate and all was good. What else can cause this plate to be faulty

What is the error number? You need to connect diagnostics and check the sensors. Or check with an oscilloscope, if you have one.

Good afternoon.We need to look specifically at the loss of communication.The fastest way is to break the supply conductors, the diode may have failed or the conductors on the board going to the CAN choke have lost their conductivity.These cases have been in my practice.

I ask for a long answer - I was in the hospital. By mistake of P178B, the problem can be both in the accumulator (most often) and in the breakage of the conductors to the electric motor of the hydraulic pump in mechatronics.

I have thought that it might be something like that or a bad connection in the dsg7 controller board as its randomly loosing connection. Don't fancy replacing the whole mechatronics unit

@@michal154 Check the connection of the power contacts on the electronic unit.If the defect manifests itself intermittently, it often happens that the aluminum conductors break at the junction with the board.

@@scat-7842 i got the board out. When i took the cover i had a small surprise. The board was filled with oil. I suspect that someone was messing with the board before. Jelly that covers the board didnt like the the oil and it changed its consitency a bit. It bit more runny at the moment

Hello! It is necessary to open the board and there will be a break in the aluminum conductor on the board. If you have never soldered aluminum, then first practice on aluminum foil.Since soldering is very very difficult! It’s also small.
