Watch how to replace the door stop on a 2012 R56 Mini Cooper S and fix your door that won't stay open.
Compatibility: Procedure should apply to all R56 and R57 Mini Coopers (2006 to 2012) and likely similar for most Mini Coopers.
Tools Needed: 10mm socket, interior trim pry tools, T25 torx bit, T30 torx bit, E10 torx socket, and a floor jack.
Robb’s DIY Rating on 1 (easy) to 5 (hardest) Scale: I give it a 2. Fairly easy if you have the right tools, just be careful not to break the trim connectors by using too much force removing or reinstalling the door panel.
