That's why God made Brake Cleaner! a drowning in CRC Break Cleaner, drip dry followed by LPS1 and some white lithium grease. Good to go. Love everything you do J.

I was thinking the same but what is LPS1?

I try to go easy on the white lithium grease. Direct metal to metal contact and LPS1 the rest. The LPS1 will also help with corrosion and dirt.

Nice work Jason, always like seeing the older stuff kept going while they are still useful, instead of being chucked before their time. Houdini is about the closest thing to a miracle in a can :-)

Looking forward to this. I always find the problem solving stuff interesting to see how you fix it. Also enjoy the key making process of old locks.

Nice video Jason ! I got a little nervous when you said you were gonna flip it over. I was relieved when you didn't. When we save a customers lock from the junkpile by storing old locks for parts, do you think we're compensated correctly or is it just the good natured tendency most locksmith's seem to have ?

I doubt I will do the same but good to see just in case. Lol. ✌😎

If you gently tap the case with your screwdriver handle is makes it loosen up the case if it is sticky.

What coo doin weth the Klein electricians screwdriver? Would you like a nice leather file case? Guaranteed not to break, those plastic boxes just don't last long, so you have to buy new ones.

Oh, no. Not the big bastard file case !!!
