nice design. I've made templates of mdf before. My biggest complaint is that they wear out easy. Might have to use this method.

Did I miss a video what happened to the big warehouse shop? I like the templates they have always come in handy for me but MDF for me at the moment.

What CNC are you using for your templates?

I have a Grizzly industrial cnc 👍 it’s a small one though but it’s made for production with a liquid cooled motor… so it can run all day and never heat up.

How do you make the templates? I make the Rockler Adirondack Chairs and the cardboard templates are falling apart. I'd like to get the cardboard made into the acrylic templates...

Wheels should be off the wood when setting them stock guides. Nice work though 🍻

Thank you Kevin, the Acrylic is the problem…. It’s crazy expensive along with the shipping but I do offer the templates in mdf as well for that reason for half the cost but the acrylic ones are really cool though
