HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G4 Dock 4J0A2AA#ABA comes with a built-in Thunderbolt 4 cable .And you can connect your dock and laptop with it.If the built-in cable is overused or stopped working..you can replace the cabe with a certified thunderbolt 4 cable.

hi, can i change the usb c to c to usb c to usb A, for laptop that got no usb c perhap can use usb A. is it possible?

I think no, usbc and thunderbolt port likewise should have watt limit around 100w. So for 230 it using 100w through USBc and rest 130w going through AC port

I think you can. From HP Technical White Paper: "An HP 19.5 V 230 W AC adaptor and an attached USB-C/Barrel Thunderbolt™ cable is provided. An optional cable that can split the USB Type-C™ and Barrel connection may be provided. These cables provide connections to the USB Type-C™ port and the barrel connector on the mobile workstation. The USB Type-C™ connection still supports up to 100 W (20 volts 5 amperes) but is not used by the host when the barrel connector is used. The barrel connector only works when a 230 W or above adaptor is attached. If a smaller adaptor is used, only the USB Type-C™ connection is used for charging."
