I love to watch Crome,leave been shielding in one room for a year now,I watch Crome and Cruz and it gives me a sense of freedom,when he stops the van and there is a fantastic vista in front of him,I feel like I’m there with him taking deep fresh gulps of air,l would love to live this life I think it’s fantastic,if I was younger and more able,unless someone adapts one for a disabled person in a wheelchair there is no chance,come on Crome a apt one for a young disabled person you can do it if anyone can,fantastic videos xxxxx

Here is a tip switch the driver and passenger seat cushions after a few years. The passenger seat is usually used less than the drivers.

You could pick up an inexpensive terry cloth seat cover for Cruzie or lay down a soft towel or rug for him on that spanking new cover. They really look nice but wouldn’t want his toes to puncture any holes into it. Plus he’d have that soft cozy feel on his bottom from any of the above suggestions. 🐶

Chrome, don't forget that you can use the heat reflector around your camp stove outside on windy days. It'll save on butane or propane by not letting all your heat blow away in the wind. Of course, it's your fault that I'm shopping for roof racks for both my van and my cargo trailer camper. LOL.

Hi Chrome. I love your new seat covers. Grey is a great choice as Cruzy’s hair won’t be as noticeable as it is with a dark colour. Do not get rid of that small rug that was stuffed in the old seat. Put it on the seat so Cruzy can lay on it. It will protect the seat and Cruzy might like it. Peace and blessings. Val

I really miss the brew pub. When I was a climbing dirt bag we used to climb the Chief then walk into town for some cold beer when we were covered in caulk and dirt. thanks for bringing me back there

Love watching and listening to your gentle hearted philosophy, Chrome. I love Vancouver Island and follow the Tofino Bulletin Board on Facebook. I was so sad to read the stories of the locals who are very upset with all the vanlifers who come in and build beach fires and leave trash behind, and park for days in places that aren't meant for campers, etc. I know that's not the majority of vanlifers, but I think Tofino folks are starting to believe it is what vanlife is all about. There were 48 fires on one of the beaches there last night. 48!! Is there something you can do to encourage folks to protect that beautiful place - all beautiful places, and leave them better than they found them? I know it's not your job, and you don't know everybody, but your voice carries. Thanks, and carry on!

That campfire screen is a fantastic idea! I have already checked out their website. I have a small version of something similar for putting around 3 sides of my butane stove. It really helps to have a more effective flame for cooking, especially when I am cooking outside and it is windy.
