Confound these ponies, they drive me to songwriting. Or at least Rainbow Dash has...Holy crap you guys sure loved this song. The feedback has been amazing and totally flattering. Thank you to everyone for your likes, faves, comments and subs.

To this day, Cerulean Blue hits me right in the feels. The nostalgia is like bittersweet ambrosia, revisiting all my favorite pone songs that got me into the fandom in the first place, especially after witnessing the passing of BronyCon and being a part of the music scene that was such an important part of it all. Thanks to you, and all the other musicians and artists that contributed to our crazy fandom, we've really had a lot to enjoy over the years. You guys are part what made this thing mean so much to us all. I'm sure I don't just speak for myself when I say I will always have a special place in my heart for the songs that you all worked so hard to make for us.

I remember listening to this song when I was like 15 and it completely blew my mind. I was just a teenage musician and I didn't understand how a fandom could produce such high level music just for fun and passion for a show. I went on, majored in songwriting and audio engineering, started my own music career, grew up, learned, and now I came back as a full grown adult. And this song is just as good as I remembered it. A flash of myself walking home from school while listening to this under a clear cerulean sky flashed, and I realized how much this fandom and its music meant to me as a teenager and how glad I am it was there. You're awesome, replacer. 10/10 would listen to again, forever.

Love this though that last verse needs an update: Now Rainbow Dash listened and most her attitudes ceased She's even more spectacular as now her friends will agree Her demeanor has changed from cruel to one that's more kind No longer compensating as much she tries to think with her mind She made the Wonderbolts but now she has to admit it's just a name and what really matters most is her spirit She still likes napping but hey-her resting's an art Fulfilled potential now she's earning even more hearts

What a treat, 8 years, haven't had a thing to do with the community for 5 years or something, but the lyrics are still stuck, it's held up well compared to a lot of the earlier songs from the community. Thank you replacer.

Returned to the fandom recently after being absent for almost a decade. Rewatching mlp - initially i did not liked RD, but she grown on me over time. Episodes focused on her are almost always good. There is always a lesson that she learns and improves as a person.

i still to this day hear or see the words "cerulean blue" and hear a quiet voice in my mind go 'a flank of red and white and yellow and cerulean blue' i paint. one of my paints is named cerulean blue. as you can imagine this earworm is still haunting me very frequently

For a moment I forgot that I was even listening to a pony inspired song on youtube. It has such an iridescent quality that kinda blends into the background as a well played, well liked song on the radio would seem. You just sit there and groove to it flowing on the catchy beat but when you listen closer you just keep gawking at how much more amazing it all is. Really great work!

This song has got it. I don't know what it is, but it's got it. And it's awesome. Sure, I don't play favorites, (It's not a contest people!) but I relate the most to Dashie. This song captures everthing about her picture-perfectly, her pros and her cons. Subperb job with the song man. Kudos.

Could be half as long to be honest, or alternatively more energetic variety later on (a little flat). Luckily the incredible pay-off at the end with the back and forth between the horns + strings and angelic tubular bells makes it worth it, brilliant decision.

I hat-strongly dilike 80's style music. Then I clicked on this. Of course something came up and I had to leave, while I was gone this song was playing in my headphones. When I returned, I found the beat to be rather catchy, so I played it again, this time paying attention to the lyrics. That was a day ago. I must say, you turned a genra that I usually dislike into something enjoyable. Good show.
