Today we hang out together in the shop and replace the carburetor on my 2005 Honda Foreman 500 ATV which has a lean condition off idle. A complete carb was nearly the same price as a rebuild kit from Amazon: amzn.to/3f8oRgD

I'm trying to figure out the 2 little hoses that connect together has a vacuum on it , your tear down was hard to see and you paised it right at that critical moment for my problem

Dude where you riding that to the mailbox and back. That quad is immaculate. Nothing even blew out. I would have massive caked on dirt, maybe a mouse or even a cat blow out if I did that.

I was watching to see how you hooked up the choke cable with the one that are on the new carb. I watched the video from start to finish, & you helped me, on other things like the play in the throttle cable thank you.

At 1958 you can see where you dropped the spring you are looking for. Went right in front of the frame crossbar.

That's a sweet ride - we don't really have them in Germany, well not in quantity anyways - It's really strange that you can get an entire pre-built and set-up carburator for the price of a rebuild kit of the same one. I had the same compressor by the way, but mine gave up about a year ago, from rust on the inside of the tank - I'm still looking for something silent, that thing was way too loud. Nice video.

I just bought one brand new yesterday on a Saturday was on my porch Sunday by kickoff. After the game here I am ready to replace my carb. also bought oil change kit. 3qrts Honda atv oil, spark plug, fuel filter, air filter, carburetor, plus throttle cable all in tax delivery both on my porch in less than 24 hrs $82 this is why people never leave there house.

Those amazon carbs are cheaper, but they do not hold up in the long term. I just did a rebuild on my Foreman 400 and 250ex and they work just like a new one for $22 a piece

Trying to reconnect the new carb but with your footage I couldn't tell. I know there is a drain line down to the bottom you yanked but there are 2 others I don't see where they connect to anything or do they at all? One is on the port side and goes behind the carb to the starboard side and the other is on the starboard side.....do they go to anything I missed?

Well I thought you wouldn't pause show the whole part ,the very spot you paused was the whole reason I even watched the video, but hey seeing drain the gas yeah couldn't figure that part out, why do yall bother?I want to say each person probably looks up videos for their own little hang up or issue along the way and trying to rule out things,I just love spending hours watching videos to find out nothing ,you did great in the beginning

Any chance you can go much slower with your phone. Very hard to follow?? Do you look at any of your messages??? Your videos come across my desk, but if your not going to say anything back...why have the channel??? I respond back to my people in a timely fashion.
